cambiar terna para elecci\u00f3n de Contralor de Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Juez Primera de Peque\u00f1as Causas de Villavicencio, orden\u00f3 al Concejo de Neiva, que en menos de 48 horas, expida un nuevo Acto Administrativo por el medio del cual, conforme una nueva terna para Contralor de Neiva, para el per\u00edodo 2022- 2025, adem\u00e1s orden\u00f3 levantar la medida provisional que hab\u00eda en contra el proceso de la elecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n judicial fue adopta, despu\u00e9s de que, la Universidad de Cartagena reconociera la queja de Carlos Alberto L\u00f3pez L\u00f3pez, uno de los 36 aspirantes a Contralor de Neiva, quien a trav\u00e9s de una acci\u00f3n de tutela, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Alma Mater desconoci\u00f3 algunos \u00edtem que afectaron su calificaci\u00f3n final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta medida surtir\u00e1 efecto luego de que se reanude la convocatoria p\u00fablica para la elecci\u00f3n de Contralor, actualmente est\u00e1 suspendida por otra acci\u00f3n de tutela pues uno de los aspirantes se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, se le ha vulnerado el derecho a la igualdad de oportunidades en ejercicio de la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y al principio se equidad de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\"
