{"id":31840,"date":"2022-08-10T17:09:34","date_gmt":"2022-08-10T22:09:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=31840"},"modified":"2022-08-10T17:09:35","modified_gmt":"2022-08-10T22:09:35","slug":"no-caigan-en-estafas-advierte-novena-brigada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/no-caigan-en-estafas-advierte-novena-brigada\/","title":{"rendered":"No caigan en estafas, advierte Novena Brigada"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Los delincuentes vali\u00e9ndose de la necesidad de empleo y de la crisis econ\u00f3mica derivada de la pandemia, estar\u00edan creando perfiles falsos, suplantando la identidad de oficiales y suboficiales, para el recaudo de dinero de manera il\u00edcita, configur\u00e1ndose el delito de estafa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La acci\u00f3n delincuencial inicia con una publicaci\u00f3n en la que textualmente se lee se necesita personal para laborar en una cafeter\u00eda requisitos ser mayor de edad y no tener antecedentes penales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez la persona se comunica v\u00eda mensaje Whatsapp, la primera consulta del estafador es el nombre y de qu\u00e9 lugar se comunica, esto para poder entrar en confianza con su v\u00edctima y poder establecer en donde va a ofrecer la supuesta oferta laboral y a que autoridad militar suplantar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"31843\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-10-at-3.20.30-PM-461x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31843\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"31842\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-10-at-3.11.47-PM-1-461x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31842\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de Huila, el estafador se identifica como el coronel Edwin Becerra D\u00edaz, Comandante Novena Brigada, asegurando que los empleos son para laborar en las cafeter\u00edas de los batallones con jurisdicci\u00f3n en el territorio Opita, como mesera o cajera y en los dispensarios m\u00e9dicos donde ofrecen empleo para laborar como psic\u00f3logo y fisioterapeuta, con sueldos que oscilan entre los 900.000 y 3.000.000 dependiendo la vacante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta aqu\u00ed todo parecer\u00eda una buena oferta laboral, en la que como requisito se exige la hoja de vida y los antecedentes penales, pero todo cambia cuando exigen consignar dinero a trav\u00e9s de cuentas bancarios o empresas de giros, para la pr\u00e1ctica de supuestos ex\u00e1menes m\u00e9dicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez los delincuentes se cercioran del recaudo del dinero, no vuelven a contestar el tel\u00e9fono, configur\u00e1ndose as\u00ed, el delito de estafa, de ah\u00ed el llamado, primero a no creer en ofertas de empleo en las que se exija dinero y segundo, a denunciar ante las autoridades competentes para que estas puedan actuar con celeridad y eficiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"31844\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-10-at-3.11.47-PM-461x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31844\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"31845\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-10-at-3.11.20-PM-461x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31845\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, el Batall\u00f3n Pigoanza hace un llamado a la comunidad frente a la presencia de personas que, al parecer empleando el nombre del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional, estar\u00edan visitando las zonas veredales del municipio de La Plata (El Cerrito, San Juan y Carmelo) para pedir dinero, a trav\u00e9s de la venta de supuestos bonos solidarios que ser\u00edan utilizados en apoyo al personal militar v\u00edctima de minas antipersonal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es de reiterar que este no es una labor que este adelantando el Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional, de ah\u00ed que el llamado es a abstenerse.
