Gastronom\u00eda \u2018Paladar\u2019, un evento que cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de chefs internacionales, nacionales y locales, adem\u00e1s con restaurantes y emprendimientos que se sumaron a esta actividad y que ayud\u00f3 a dinamizar la econom\u00eda del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs un balance m\u00e1s que positivo, tuvimos tres d\u00edas de mucha gastronom\u00eda, de invitados nacionales, internacionales, las marcas, los emprendedores, las personas que han acogido el evento, es un balance mucho m\u00e1s alto de lo que esper\u00e1bamos\u201d, expres\u00f3 Rafael S\u00e1nchez D\u00edaz, jefe de la Oficina de Internacionalizaci\u00f3n y Proyectos de la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped acuerdo con el funcionario, m\u00e1s de 25 mil personas asistieron al evento, familias enteras arribaron al Malec\u00f3n del R\u00edo Magdalena a deleitarse con la variedad de comida que hab\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl viernes se cuantificaron 8 mil personas, el s\u00e1bado m\u00e1s o menos 9.500 y hoy domingo fue un r\u00e9cord porque alcanzamos a tener 14 mil personas itinerantes, es decir entrando y saliendo, llegaron m\u00e1s de 14 mil visitantes, hubo un momento donde aqu\u00ed hab\u00edan m\u00e1s de 3.500 personas en la presentaci\u00f3n de Jorge Rausch\u201d, dijo el Jefe de la Oficina de Internacionalizaci\u00f3n y Proyectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a esta actividad, m\u00e1s de 20 emprendedores y 38 restaurantes expusieron sus productos durante los tres d\u00edas del evento, logrando ventas de m\u00e1s de 1.200 millones de pesos, cifra hist\u00f3rica por ser la primera vez que se realiza este magno evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo se ha cuantificado muy bien, pero nosotros esper\u00e1bamos dinamizar en la ciudad, mover con el evento m\u00e1s o menos 1.200 millones en ventas y yo creo que ya pasamos por ah\u00ed\u201d, sostuvo S\u00e1nchez Neiva, por eso a trav\u00e9s de la Oficina de Internacionalizaci\u00f3n y Proyectos se realiz\u00f3 Paladar, un evento gastron\u00f3mico de talla mundial, que se debe de seguir realizando por hacer parte de la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de la marca Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs un evento ancla por ser parte de marca Neiva, es un evento que ya queda en la ciudad de Neiva, por pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de la marca tiene la misi\u00f3n de darle continuidad a esto y ha sido muy efectivo, Paladar por obligaci\u00f3n hay que darle continuidad, adem\u00e1s fue un \u00e9xito\u201d, dio a conocer el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jorge Rausch, chef nacional y jurado de Masterchef fue uno de los protagonistas en la tarde de este domingo, con un show de cocina deleit\u00f3 a todos los espectadores que no dudaron en visitar el Malec\u00f3n del R\u00edo Magdalena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstuvo llen\u00edsimo, buen\u00edsimo, estuvo muy buena la recepci\u00f3n de los neivanos, la participaci\u00f3n, espero que hayan estado felices, muy importante que Neiva contin\u00fae realizando este tipo de eventos que muestra la gastronom\u00eda de la regi\u00f3n\u201d, manifest\u00f3 el chef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, Gentil de la Espriella, chef local, quien particip\u00f3 con un show de cocina muy opita, dio a conocer lo feliz que estaba de hacer parte de este evento y de la gran cantidad de gente que quiso conocer m\u00e1s de la gastronom\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cComo ponente y chef local estoy demasiado feliz de ver este mundo de gente aqu\u00ed, de la gente compartiendo en familia, de los cocineros nuevos, de la gente que viene de afuera, esto ha sido un \u00e9xito total de verdad, muy contento por esto logrado y espero que vengan muchos
