Siguiendo este objetivo se ha trabajado fuertemente en su construcci\u00f3n y el documento inicial ya se encuentra en manos de los Consejeros Municipales de Paz, quienes son los encargados de hacer la oportuna retroalimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Oficina de Paz ha se\u00f1alado como clave la participaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edctimas y de la sociedad civil en este proceso de retroalimentaci\u00f3n, tal y como se hizo con su fase inicial, para que el momento de la implementaci\u00f3n sea natural y exitoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAhora lo que queremos luego de consolidar el documento, es <strong>someterlo a revisi\u00f3n de nuevo del Consejo Municipal de Paz,<\/strong> que est\u00e1 conformado en un 70% por la sociedad civil, tambi\u00e9n con algunas visiones externas como la ONU Derechos Humanos, la Oficina del Alto Comisionado para la Paz, la red de universidades del Huila, <strong>es importante hacerlo porque el conocimiento o los aportes que cada uno pueda hacer a la misma, depende que tengamos un \u00e9xito<\/strong>, no solo en la elaboraci\u00f3n del documento de la Pol\u00edtica P\u00fablica de Paz, Derechos Humanos y Convivencia, sino tambi\u00e9n en el momento de la implementaci\u00f3n y el seguimiento a la misma\u201d, expres\u00f3 Esmith Duarte, jefe de la Oficina de Paz y Derechos Humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El<strong> proceso de construcci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica <\/strong>se ha hecho desde el mes de febrero con la instalaci\u00f3n del Consejo Municipal de Paz; con base en los documentos y avances que hizo la administraci\u00f3n anterior, siguiendo la instrucci\u00f3n del Alcalde, Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, de construir sobre lo construido, y se ha reajustado la nueva propuesta a presentar por el gobierno Primero Neiva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uno de los grandes retos que se ha trazado la Oficina de Paz y Derechos Humanos de la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, es dejar en firme en el primer semestre de 2020, la Pol\u00edtica P\u00fablica de Paz, Reconciliaci\u00f3n, Derechos Humanos y Convivencia del Municipio.
