le apunta a una buena salud bucal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Gobierno Departamental en articulaci\u00f3n con los hospitales municipales, las IPS p\u00fablicas y privadas y las empresas administradoras de planes de beneficios en salud \u2013 EAPB desarrollan de manera continua<strong>&nbsp;jornadas de atenci\u00f3n en salud bucal,<\/strong>&nbsp;priorizando a los menores de 18 a\u00f1os para la aplicaci\u00f3n de barniz de fl\u00faor para&nbsp;<strong>reducir el impacto de enfermedades bucales como la caries.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se desarrollan&nbsp;<strong>en el marco del Plan de Intervenciones Colectivas campa\u00f1as educativas<\/strong>&nbsp;orientadas a ense\u00f1ar a la comunidad la importancia del cuidado de la salud bucal y los buenos h\u00e1bitos de alimentaci\u00f3n e higiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl servicio de odontolog\u00eda es de libre demanda, donde los menores de 18 a\u00f1os cada seis meses pueden acudir para recibir la aplicaci\u00f3n del fl\u00faor\u201d indic\u00f3 Constanza Montero, profesional de apoyo del componente Salud Bucal, de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud Departamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante 2022&nbsp;<strong>se ha logrado atender 5935 menores de 18 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, por cuanto se hace el llamado a la comunidad a&nbsp;<strong>aprovechar el servicio de higiene bucal en las instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud<\/strong>&nbsp;en todos los municipios, un compromiso familiar para reducir el impacto de la caries y otras enfermedades de la cavidad bucal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El barniz de fl\u00faor es una capa protectora, similar a un esmalte de u\u00f1as, que se aplica sobre los dientes y ayuda a reducir el riesgo de p\u00e9rdida de esmalte por la acci\u00f3n de microorganismos presentes en la boca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa<strong>&nbsp;caries es la primera causa de morbilidad bucal,<\/strong>&nbsp;el Huila tiene deficiencias en la pr\u00e1ctica del cepillado, situaci\u00f3n que en parte obedece a la falta de oportunidad para el acceso a un cepillo de dientes o a productos de limpieza\u201d agreg\u00f3 Montero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las jornadas educativas&nbsp;<strong>se enfatiza la importancia y necesidad de realizar la limpieza de los dientes<\/strong>&nbsp;aplicando la t\u00e9cnica de cepillado aun cuando no se cuente con crema dental, se puede recurrir a otros
