{"id":32737,"date":"2022-08-22T15:14:50","date_gmt":"2022-08-22T20:14:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=32737"},"modified":"2022-08-22T15:14:52","modified_gmt":"2022-08-22T20:14:52","slug":"a-la-carcel-profesor-que-habria-abusado-de-alumna-menor-de-edad-durante-6-anos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/a-la-carcel-profesor-que-habria-abusado-de-alumna-menor-de-edad-durante-6-anos\/","title":{"rendered":"A la c\u00e1rcel profesor que habr\u00eda abusado de alumna menor de edad durante 6 a\u00f1os"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El docente Higinio Esequiel Lucero Figueroa, quien habr\u00eda abusado sexualmente de una menor durante seis a\u00f1os, fue enviado a la c\u00e1rcel por los delitos de acto sexual violento agravado y acceso carnal violento agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda manifest\u00f3 que Lucero Figueroa, al parecer, aprovechaba su posici\u00f3n como docente y tambi\u00e9n como coordinador de una instituci\u00f3n educativa en zona urbana y rural de La Hormiga (Putumayo), para someter a conductas sexuales a la menor, a quien, presuntamente, sacaba de clases para tales fines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, el abuso se habr\u00eda iniciado cuando la menor ten\u00eda 7 a\u00f1os con tocamientos \u00edntimos que luego pasaron a diferentes actos sexuales. La agresi\u00f3n m\u00e1s reciente fue en febrero pasado, cundo la menor ya tiene 13 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se estableci\u00f3 que la familia de la v\u00edctima ten\u00eda cercan\u00eda con el imputado, pues la madre de la menor trabaj\u00f3 con \u00e9l.
