{"id":32871,"date":"2022-08-24T07:11:17","date_gmt":"2022-08-24T12:11:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=32871"},"modified":"2022-08-24T07:11:18","modified_gmt":"2022-08-24T12:11:18","slug":"a-la-carcel-dos-hombres-que-habrian-agredido-a-sus-padres-en-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/a-la-carcel-dos-hombres-que-habrian-agredido-a-sus-padres-en-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"A la c\u00e1rcel dos hombres que habr\u00edan agredido a sus padres en Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n traslad\u00f3 escrito de acusaci\u00f3n a dos hombres como presuntos autores del delito de violencia intrafamiliar agravada en contra de sus padres, adultos mayores, en dos hechos aislados registrados en Neiva (Huila).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un primer caso, la Fiscal\u00eda present\u00f3 ante un juez con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas a Juan Seneyder Oliveros Garc\u00eda, quien el pasado 17 de julio se presume irrumpi\u00f3 de manera violenta en la vivienda de su madre, en el barrio C\u00e1ndido, con la intenci\u00f3n al parecer de agredirla f\u00edsicamente mientras le gritaba que la iba a matar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vecina alert\u00f3 sobre los hechos por lo que sali\u00f3 huyendo. La v\u00edctima recibi\u00f3 una incapacidad de 12 d\u00edas debido a las m\u00faltiples lesiones que presentaba. Labores investigativas dan cuenta que Oliveros Garc\u00eda golpeaba a su mam\u00e1 de manera reiterada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En otro caso fue capturado en flagrancia Javier Rodr\u00edguez Rodr\u00edguez, quien este 21 de agosto ingres\u00f3 a la vivienda de su padre a quien amenaz\u00f3 de muerte, hecho que se hab\u00eda vuelto recurrente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la solicitud elevada por la Fiscal\u00eda, los hombres fueron enviados a centro carcelario y no aceptaron cargos.
