Esta acci\u00f3n policial fue desarrollada por uniformados adscritos al CAI Alpes, quienes atendiendo un requerimiento ciudadano en la calle 2H con carrera 25 del barrio Las Am\u00e9ricas de la comuna 8 de la capital huilense, se percatan de la presencia del hombre identificado como Javier Rodr\u00edguez Rodr\u00edguez, de 36 a\u00f1os de edad, presuntamente maltratando verbal y f\u00edsicamente a su progenitor y al parecer tambi\u00e9n intimid\u00e1ndolo con objetos contundentes y armas corto punzantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDe inmediato y teniendo como soporte una medida de protecci\u00f3n de la v\u00edctima, dispuesta por la Casa de Justicia de esta ciudad por circunstancias de violencia intrafamiliar y las manifestaciones realizadas por su padre, se procede a la captura en flagrancia de este individuo, quien presenta 3 sentencias condenatorias por los delitos de Fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico y porte de armas de fuego, lesiones personales y hurto calificado y agravado que en total suman m\u00e1s de 13 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, registra como indiciado anotaciones judiciales por los delitos de violencia intrafamiliar, lesiones personales y hurto calificado y agravado\u201d, revelaron las autoridades en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El capturado fue dejado a disposici\u00f3n de autoridad competente por el delito de Violencia Intrafamiliar, donde un juez de control de garant\u00edas, siendo se\u00f1alado como un peligro para la sociedad, lo cobijo con medida de aseguramiento en establecimiento carcelario.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
