Situaci\u00f3n que al parecer ya se hab\u00eda presentado en otras oportunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La captura en flagrancia del hoy investigado la ejecutaron miembros de Polic\u00eda Nacional, quienes fueron alertados por la madrastra de la menor quien habr\u00eda grabado con su celular la agresi\u00f3n sexual y la puso en conocimiento de la Comisar\u00eda de Familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por el delito de actos sexuales con menor de 14 a\u00f1os agravado en concurso homog\u00e9neo y sucesivo, la Fiscal\u00eda le formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n al hoy judicializado, quien no acept\u00f3 su responsabilidad en los hechos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un hombre de 27 a\u00f1os, que estar\u00eda implicado en actos sexuales en contra de su hija menor de edad en Oporapa (Huila), fue asegurado en centro carcelario luego de que la Fiscal\u00eda lo presentara ante un juez con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas.
