Las Comisiones Econ\u00f3micas Conjuntas de Senado y C\u00e1mara del Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica aprobaron el monto del proyecto de Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n (PGN) para 2023 por $405,6 billones, como resultado de una adici\u00f3n, por parte del gobierno del Presidente Gustavo Petro, de $14,2 billones, que se financiar\u00e1 con ingresos corrientes y recursos de cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De la totalidad del monto, $254,6 billones se destinar\u00e1n a funcionamiento, $73 billones a inversi\u00f3n y $78 billones al servicio de la deuda. Los recursos, que crecieron en $53 billones frente al presupuesto de 2022, se destinar\u00e1n, principalmente, a las prioridades establecidas por el actual gobierno, que son: desarrollo agropecuario -en su mayor\u00eda reforma agraria-, educaci\u00f3n, salud, agua potable y vivienda rural; as\u00ed como programas para el fomento de la paz -como la sustituci\u00f3n de recursos il\u00edcitos- y lucha contra el hambre, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Precisamente, esta semana se trabajar\u00e1 con los coordinadores y ponentes del proyecto de ley para tener una discusi\u00f3n profunda y democr\u00e1tica sobre las asignaciones para los distintos rubros. El ministro de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Ocampo, mostr\u00f3 su agradecimiento con las comisiones y asegur\u00f3 que, con la adici\u00f3n presupuestal aprobada, se logra compensar la ca\u00edda de inversi\u00f3n que estaba prevista en el proyecto presentado por el gobierno anterior y que ahora va a tener un crecimiento del 5%. \u201cEsperamos que cuando sea aprobada la Reforma Tributaria contemos con recursos adicionales, ya que a\u00fan hay un faltante\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
