{"id":3524,"date":"2020-05-27T04:38:39","date_gmt":"2020-05-27T09:38:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=3524"},"modified":"2020-05-27T04:38:41","modified_gmt":"2020-05-27T09:38:41","slug":"presentado-ambicioso-plan-de-construccion-y-entrega-de-viviendas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/presentado-ambicioso-plan-de-construccion-y-entrega-de-viviendas\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentado ambicioso plan de construcci\u00f3n y entrega de viviendas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u201cNosotros esperamos, con <strong>un programa muy agresivo de subsidios de vivienda<\/strong>, ponernos en la tarea de <strong>acelerar la construcci\u00f3n y entrega de 200 mil viviendas en nuestro pa\u00eds<\/strong>\u201d, anunci\u00f3 el Presidente Iv\u00e1n Duque sobre este nuevo plan de construcci\u00f3n y reactivaci\u00f3n del sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Mandatario precis\u00f3 que s<strong>e implementar\u00e1n subsidios en diferentes modalidades<\/strong>, con miras a entregar al 2022 un total de 100 mil viviendas de inter\u00e9s social (VIS) y otras 100 mil a sectores No VIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de \u201c<strong>subsidios que bajan sustancialmente el valor de la cuota<\/strong>, y les van a permitir a muchas familias construir ese sue\u00f1o de ser propietarios\u201d, indic\u00f3 el Presidente Duque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el Ministro de Vivienda, Jonathan Malag\u00f3n, recalc\u00f3 que \u201clo que le queremos mostrar el d\u00eda de hoy a los colombianos es el trabajo conjunto del Ministerio de Hacienda y el Ministerio de Vivienda, bajo el liderazgo y la direcci\u00f3n del  Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe trata del <strong>programa m\u00e1s agresivo que hayamos tenido de subsidios de vivienda para un periodo de tiempo r\u00e9cord <\/strong>relativamente corto: de aqu\u00ed al 2022, tendremos 200 mil subsidios de vivienda, 100 mil de los cuales estar\u00e1n destinados para la compra de vivienda de inter\u00e9s social, a trav\u00e9s de los programas y los mecanismos que ya est\u00e1n vigentes.
