{"id":35433,"date":"2022-09-27T19:05:22","date_gmt":"2022-09-28T00:05:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=35433"},"modified":"2022-09-27T19:05:23","modified_gmt":"2022-09-28T00:05:23","slug":"ley-seca-y-toque-de-queda-en-el-caguan-por-operativo-de-restitucion-de-predio-el-guacimo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/ley-seca-y-toque-de-queda-en-el-caguan-por-operativo-de-restitucion-de-predio-el-guacimo\/","title":{"rendered":"Ley Seca y toque de queda en el Cagu\u00e1n, por operativo de restituci\u00f3n de predio El Gu\u00e1cimo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Para garantizar el cumplimiento del Auto del 26 de septiembre de la Corregidur\u00eda de El Cagu\u00e1n, que ordena realizar la diligencia de restituci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n del inmueble El Gu\u00e1cimo, que fue invadido desde hace un mes; la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, emiti\u00f3 el Decreto 0723 de 2022, que establece toque de queda y ley seca en este corregimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La normativa que rige a partir de este 27 de septiembre, establece toque de queda en El Cagu\u00e1n, a partir de las 9:00 pm, hasta las 5:00 am de este mi\u00e9rcoles 28 de septiembre, y a partir de las 9:00 pm de este mi\u00e9rcoles hasta las 5:00 am del jueves 29 de septiembre. Esta prohibici\u00f3n en la circulaci\u00f3n a la poblaci\u00f3n civil, except\u00faa a m\u00e9dicos, hospitales, organismos de socorro, representantes de entidades de servicios p\u00fablico y de seguridad privada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"35435\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-09-27-at-7.01.54-PM-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35435\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"35436\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-09-27-at-7.01.54-PM-1-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35436\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"35437\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-09-27-at-7.01.54-PM-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35437\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCon motivo del acto administrativo emitido por el corregidor de El Cagu\u00e1n, ante la invasi\u00f3n de un predio en el predio El Gu\u00e1cimo, tenemos que advertir lo siguiente: que bajo la responsabilidad administrativa y dentro de la legalidad, el alcalde Gorky Mu\u00f1oz ha emitido el Decreto 0723, a trav\u00e9s del cual se emiten unas medidas importantes: la primera es decretar toque de queda en todo el corregimiento del Cagu\u00e1n desde hoy 27 de septiembre, hasta las 5:00 am de este mi\u00e9rcoles. Y tambi\u00e9n para el 28 de septiembre desde las 9:00 p.m. hasta las 5:00 am del siguiente d\u00eda. Si el operativo se extiende un poco m\u00e1s, as\u00ed mismo se alargar\u00e1 el horario de este toque de queda\u201d, dijo el secretario de Gobierno Faiver Hoyos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo establece Ley Seca desde las 10:00 pm de este martes, hasta las 6:00 pm del 30 de septiembre. De igual forma se proh\u00edbe la circulaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos tipo volqueta con o sin carga, trasteos, y transporte de escombros o llantas desde las 5:00 am de este mi\u00e9rcoles hasta las 9:00 pm del 30 de septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs\u00ed mismo se restringe el porte de armas de fuego o similares, armas blancas, y se alerta a la red hospitalaria, a estar alerta, en caso que se presente alguna situaci\u00f3n con alteraci\u00f3n del orden p\u00fablico\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el secretario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que el auto administrativo de la corregidur\u00eda de El Cagu\u00e1n, fue notificado oficialmente a los interesados este martes, a trav\u00e9s de una valla instalada en el sector en el que se presenta la invasi\u00f3n, y divulgado a trav\u00e9s de redes sociales oficiales de la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex
