{"id":3614,"date":"2020-05-30T04:47:09","date_gmt":"2020-05-30T09:47:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=3614"},"modified":"2020-05-30T04:47:11","modified_gmt":"2020-05-30T09:47:11","slug":"aislamiento-preventivo-en-colombia-con-enfasis-regional-y-gradualidad-responsable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/aislamiento-preventivo-en-colombia-con-enfasis-regional-y-gradualidad-responsable\/","title":{"rendered":"Aislamiento preventivo en Colombia con \u00e9nfasis regional y gradualidad responsable"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Presidente Iv\u00e1n Duque M\u00e1rquez afirm\u00f3 que el <strong>Aislamiento Preventivo Obligatorio<\/strong>, que regir\u00e1 a partir del 1\u00b0 de junio, tendr\u00e1 un \u00e9<strong>nfasis regional, con gradualidad responsable<\/strong>, y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Gobierno Nacional dar\u00e1 las <strong>pautas a las autoridades en los territorios<\/strong> para seguir enfrentando la pandemia del covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al explicar por qu\u00e9 el Aislamiento Preventivo Obligatorio tendr\u00e1 un enfoque regional, el Mandatario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el \u201c<strong>79% de los casos (de covid-19) que tenemos en nuestro pa\u00eds se encuentra concentrado en 10 municipios<\/strong>. El 66% de las muertes en nuestro pa\u00eds se encuentra concentrado en cinco municipios, y eso nos permite ver que hay comportamientos distintos, dis\u00edmiles\u201d en las regiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tal sentido, indic\u00f3 que por estos comportamientos en las regiones \u201ctenemos que <strong>avanzar con gradualidad, una gradualidad responsable, <\/strong>donde algunos lugares que tengan situaciones m\u00e1s complejas que otras, seguramente dar\u00e1n los pasos con un poco m\u00e1s de lentitud\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A rengl\u00f3n seguido, el Jefe de Estado dijo que \u201c<strong>en otros lugares donde hay avances, donde los indicadores son quiz\u00e1s much\u00edsimo m\u00e1s positivos, se podr\u00e1n dar pasos un poco m\u00e1s acelerados<\/strong>\u201d, y resalt\u00f3 que, \u201ccomo Gobierno Nacional, lo que hacemos es dar una pauta para que los gobernantes locales vayan llevando esa gradualidad, como lo venimos haciendo desde hace varias semanas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Presidente Duque manifest\u00f3 que en el aislamiento de junio \u201ctenemos que ser muy rigurosos\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl mensaje es:<strong> todo aquel que no est\u00e9 amparado bajo las excepciones, debe estar en casa.<\/strong> Ese es el mensaje, y es un mensaje donde damos un espacio de gradualidad y de continuidad\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, el Mandatario puso de presente que \u201cesa gradualidad tiene en cuenta particularidades de las regiones, ciudades que est\u00e1n en casos cr\u00edticos; hemos endurecido medidas acompa\u00f1ando, con el Ministerio de Salud, a esas autoridades.
