{"id":36328,"date":"2022-10-09T07:16:11","date_gmt":"2022-10-09T12:16:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=36328"},"modified":"2022-10-09T07:16:12","modified_gmt":"2022-10-09T12:16:12","slug":"asegurados-presuntos-responsables-de-seis-homicidios-y-una-desaparicion-forzada-en-pereira-risaralda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/asegurados-presuntos-responsables-de-seis-homicidios-y-una-desaparicion-forzada-en-pereira-risaralda\/","title":{"rendered":"Asegurados presuntos responsables de seis homicidios y una desaparici\u00f3n forzada en Pereira, Risaralda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La solidez del material probatorio recaudado por una fiscal de la Seccional Risaralda permiti\u00f3 que un juez de control de garant\u00edas privara de la libertad en centro carcelario a 10 presuntos integrantes de la organizaci\u00f3n delincuencial Fortaleza, presuntamente, responsables de cometer homicidios y otros delitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta red criminal ser\u00eda la encargada de comercializar estupefacientes y de perpetrar homicidios cometidos en medio de disputas territoriales especialmente en los barrios Miraflores, Dorado y San Luis(Pereira); al igual que en lossectores de Los Pinos, Frailes y Guamos en Dosquebradas (Risaralda).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta acci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda fue posible esclarecer seis homicidios ocurridos; uno en 2021, los otros cinco en 2022. Tambi\u00e9n fue esclarecida la desaparici\u00f3n forzada de un ciudadano de quien no se ten\u00eda raz\u00f3n desde julio de este a\u00f1o. Este hecho se present\u00f3 en el barrio Frailes de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dosquebradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por estos hechos la Fiscal\u00eda imput\u00f3 a los indiciados, seg\u00fan sus eventuales responsabilidades individuales, los delitos de homicidio agravado, desaparici\u00f3n forzada; tr\u00e1fico, fabricaci\u00f3n o porte de estupefacientes; fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico, porte o tenencia de armas de fuego, accesorios, partes o municiones y concierto para delinquir agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nueve de las capturas estuvieron a cargo de funcionarios de Polic\u00eda Nacional, en operativos de allanamiento y registro adelantados en Pereira y Dosquebradas, as\u00ed como en Medell\u00edn (Antioquia) y El Cairo (Valle), donde fueron incautadas armas de fuego, munici\u00f3n y marihuana.
