a 72 meses de prisi\u00f3n exgerente de Inturhuila"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En las \u00faltimas horas, La Corte Suprema de Justicia dio a conocer el rechaz\u00f3 de la casaci\u00f3n formulada por la exgerente de Inturhuila Maricela Castro Rayo y su abogada Mar\u00eda del Pilar Rivera Fajardo, contra la sentencia proferida el pasado 21 de junio del 2021, por medio del cual, el Tribunal Superior de Neiva, confirm\u00f3 el fallo del Juzgado Quinto Penal del Circuito de Neiva, como responsables del delito de fraude procesal, la falsedad en documento privado no fue tenido en cuenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el fallo del Juzgado Quinto, Castro Rayo y su abogada defensora fueron condenadas a 72 meses de prisi\u00f3n, una multa de 200 salarios m\u00ednimos legales mensuales vigentes y 60 meses de inhabilidad para el ejercicio de derechos y funciones p\u00fablicas, el juez les concedi\u00f3 el beneficio de la prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Fiscalia 18 de Neiva, las implicadas, alteraron una letra de cambio que recibieron por un pr\u00e9stamo de cinco millones de pesos echo a una mujer particular y su fiador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En octubre del a\u00f1o anterior, las condenadas Maricela Castro y Mar\u00eda del Pilar Rivera apelaron el fallo ante la sala de casaci\u00f3n de la Corte Suprema, pero un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s el alto tribunal
