comerciantes de entretenimiento nocturno, priorizando sus necesidades\u201d, as\u00ed concluy\u00f3 el alcalde de Neiva Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, la reuni\u00f3n de socializaci\u00f3n que da a conocer el nuevo Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial, POT, de la ciudad y que se construye a partir de las necesidades de todos los gremios del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El intercambio de opiniones entre la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal y el sector comercio y entretenimiento nocturno, permiti\u00f3 concebir el nuevo POT como la herramienta que permitir\u00e1 a Neiva ser innovadora, as\u00ed lo dijo Claudia Jaimes, administradora de As\u00ed sabe mi Tierra\u2019, \u201cun nuevo POT que ha tenido en cuenta a todos los sectores econ\u00f3micos de la ciudad, y que busca generar el mejor desarrollo urban\u00edstico de la ciudad proyectada al futuro\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"37034\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-10-17-at-2.09.19-PM-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37034\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure parte, Fabio Guzm\u00e1n, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Entretenimiento del Huila, resalt\u00f3 la labor del mandatario local \u201cun Alcalde que \u2018coge el toro por los cachos\u2019 y se sienta con los comerciantes en un tema tan \u00e1lgido como es la organizaci\u00f3n de la ciudad y el expendio de licor, proyectando la noche como una actividad econ\u00f3mica saludable y sana frente a la sociedad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial se propone como una actualizaci\u00f3n necesaria y urgente que incluye las necesidades del territorio, priorizando los deberes y derechos de quienes la habitan, as\u00ed mismo descentralizar el gremio y expandirlo a otros escenarios que ya se encuentran en plan de transformaci\u00f3n como lo son El Malec\u00f3n, el Parque Isla, el Parque Ronda R\u00edo Las Ceibas, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e9sar Botero Plaza, propietario de Plaza Majagua, considera que \u201cvaloramos mucho la labor del se\u00f1or Alcalde, es la primera vez en la historia que se ha convocado al gremio tratando de conciliar los intereses de los neivanos con los nuestros\u201d, as\u00ed mismo reconoce que \u201ces importante cerrar una p\u00e1gina de informalidad y apegarnos a la ley, autorregul\u00e1ndonos para que la administraci\u00f3n pueda generar ese espacio de confianza hacia el entorno familiar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para terminar, el Alcalde de Neiva planea realizar nuevamente estos di\u00e1logos con el gremio de comercio y entretenimiento nocturno, para poder presentarlo ante el Concejo este a\u00f1o o a principios del pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex tenga en cuenta y que est\u00e9 dando esa viabilidad, para que los comerciantes del sector nocturno podamos ejercer esta actividad que en pasadas administraciones nos ten\u00edan bastante reprimidos.
