{"id":37172,"date":"2022-10-19T06:49:03","date_gmt":"2022-10-19T11:49:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=37172"},"modified":"2022-10-19T06:49:04","modified_gmt":"2022-10-19T11:49:04","slug":"gobierno-departamental-pone-en-subasta-publica-el-edificio-las-margaritas-en-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/gobierno-departamental-pone-en-subasta-publica-el-edificio-las-margaritas-en-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno Departamental pone en subasta p\u00fablica el edificio Las Margaritas en Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer las finanzas y la planta f\u00edsica de la sede principal, ubicada en la&nbsp; vereda Bajo Pedregal a 100 MTS del cruce de Rivera, el Instituto de Transportes y Tr\u00e1nsito del Huila, pone en subasta p\u00fablica el edificio Las Margaritas ubicado en el barrio El Altico de Neiva, Carrera 8 No 5-22.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este inmueble del ITTH que est\u00e1 en desuso cuenta con un avalu\u00f3 comercial ajustado a la ley&nbsp; vigente, realizado por la Sociedad Colombiana de Arquitectos \u2013 Huila, donde se estableci\u00f3 su precio comercial en&nbsp; $982 Millones, adem\u00e1s cuenta con las facultades de la Junta Directiva del Instituto para realizar el proceso y se espera en el&nbsp; trascurso de la actual vigencia se pueda consolidar su venta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstos recursos servir\u00e1n adem\u00e1s para incursionar en nuevos nichos de negocios que generen ingresos constantes para mejorar las finanzas del ITTH. Asimismo,&nbsp; Se viene trabajando en el proceso pre-contractual y la campa\u00f1a de expectativa, con el fin de que la comunidad en general se entere de dicho proceso, y que esto se vea reflejado en una subasta p\u00fablica con varios oferentes, que permitan sacar el mejor provecho econ\u00f3mico en la venta del bien inmueble\u201d, indic\u00f3 el director del Instituto de Transportes y
