{"id":37225,"date":"2022-10-19T15:53:12","date_gmt":"2022-10-19T20:53:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=37225"},"modified":"2022-10-19T15:53:13","modified_gmt":"2022-10-19T20:53:13","slug":"cuando-recibia-un-dinero-por-regresar-una-moto-hurtada-fue-capturado-un-sujeto-en-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/cuando-recibia-un-dinero-por-regresar-una-moto-hurtada-fue-capturado-un-sujeto-en-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuando recib\u00eda un dinero por regresar una moto hurtada, fue capturado un sujeto en Neiva \u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La denuncia instaurada por un ciudadano permiti\u00f3 a unidades del Gaula Militar Huila y su componente CTI, poner en marcha la acci\u00f3n militar que permiti\u00f3 la captura de un hombre de 37 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n de la v\u00edctima, el d\u00eda 7 de octubre en horas de la noche le fue hurtada su motocicleta en el corregimiento El Cagu\u00e1n de la ciudad de Neiva y posteriormente recibi\u00f3 llamadas telef\u00f3nicas en las que le exig\u00edan $1.200.000 por regresarle el veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su valor ciudadano lo llev\u00f3 a interponer la denuncia que permiti\u00f3 aprehender en flagrancia al sujeto, cuando se dispon\u00eda a recibir el dinero exigido por hacer entrega de la motocicleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la captura le fueron dados a conocer sus derechos, siendo trasladado y puesto a disposici\u00f3n de las autoridades competentes, para continuar su proceso judicial por el presunto delito de extorsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gaula Militar de la Novena Brigada hace un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda para que siempre opten por la denuncia, herramienta jur\u00eddica que permite a las autoridades competentes actuar frente a delitos como el secuestro y la extorsi\u00f3n. \u201cYo No Pago, Yo Denuncio a la l\u00ednea gratituta 147\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La denuncia instaurada por un ciudadano permiti\u00f3 a unidades del Gaula Militar Huila y su componente CTI, poner en marcha la acci\u00f3n militar que permiti\u00f3 la captura de un hombre de 37 a\u00f1os.
