{"id":37260,"date":"2022-10-20T07:01:46","date_gmt":"2022-10-20T12:01:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=37260"},"modified":"2022-10-20T07:01:47","modified_gmt":"2022-10-20T12:01:47","slug":"facultad-de-salud-de-la-usco-recupera-emblematica-edificacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/facultad-de-salud-de-la-usco-recupera-emblematica-edificacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Facultad de Salud de la USCO recupera emblem\u00e1tica edificaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con una inversi\u00f3n de apenas 27 millones de pesos, la edificaci\u00f3n conocida como La Casita, ubicada en la Facultad de Salud de la Universidad Surcolombiana, en el barrio Altico, recuper\u00f3 su funcionalidad plena luego de que la actual administraci\u00f3n de la Universidad Surocolombiana le realizara obras de mejoramiento en su infraestructura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La intervenci\u00f3n en esta emblem\u00e1tica edificaci\u00f3n, afectada sensiblemente por la humedad, consisti\u00f3 en impermeabilizar la placa de cubierta con mortero e instalar foil de aluminio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, se recuper\u00f3 un \u00e1rea de 400 metros cuadrados compuesta por dos aulas, cuatro oficinas administrativas y dos unidades sanitarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-10-19-at-6.01.49-PM-1-1024x484.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37262\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la rectora de la Universidad Surcolombiana, Nidia Guzm\u00e1n Dur\u00e1n, la problem\u00e1tica de la edificaci\u00f3n fue resuelta a un bajo costo, pues la recuperaci\u00f3n fue realizado por trabajadores del taller del alma m\u00e1ter, adcrito a Servicios Generales, lo que permiti\u00f3 un ahorro de cerca de 63 millones de pesos; forma de trabajo que en un futuro permitir\u00e1 resolver distintos problemas de infraestructura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMe encuentro muy satisfecha de esta obra, de este trabajo que pudimos realizar con todos los trabajadores del taller de la universidad; esa mano de obra que muchos no ven, que a veces est\u00e1 oculta, pero que, cuando hacen los trabajos, realmente valoramos todo lo que hacen\u201d, destac\u00f3 la Rectora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-10-19-at-6.01.51-PM-1024x554.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37263\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que la Universidad sigue transformando sus espacios con calidad y, esta intervenci\u00f3n, fue una de las solicitudes que le hizo el decano de Ciencias de la Salud, doctor Julio C\u00e9sar Quintero Vieda, una vez regres\u00f3 a la Rector\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, dijo que las obras quedaron muy bien hechas, ciento por ciento terminadas, de una manera responsable y, sobre todo, se logr\u00f3 la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de un importante espacio que estaba fuera de servicio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con una inversi\u00f3n de apenas 27 millones de pesos, la edificaci\u00f3n conocida como La Casita, ubicada en la Facultad de Salud de la Universidad Surcolombiana, en el barrio Altico, recuper\u00f3 su funcionalidad plena luego de que la actual administraci\u00f3n de la Universidad Surocolombiana le realizara obras de mejoramiento en su infraestructura.
