{"id":3745,"date":"2020-06-05T04:38:28","date_gmt":"2020-06-05T09:38:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=3745"},"modified":"2020-06-05T04:38:30","modified_gmt":"2020-06-05T09:38:30","slug":"sector-turistico-y-hotelero-con-exencion-del-iva-por-el-resto-del-ano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/sector-turistico-y-hotelero-con-exencion-del-iva-por-el-resto-del-ano\/","title":{"rendered":"Sector tur\u00edstico y hotelero, con exenci\u00f3n del IVA por el resto del a\u00f1o"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Ministro de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Restrepo, anunci\u00f3 la expedici\u00f3n del Decreto 789 del 2020, a trav\u00e9s del cual se oficializa la <strong>exenci\u00f3n del impuesto sobre las ventas (IVA) a todos los servicios de hoteler\u00eda y turismo <\/strong>en el pa\u00eds <strong>hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsta medida es de gran importancia para turismo, pues as\u00ed <strong>estamos acogiendo las solicitudes del sector. <\/strong>Seguimos trabajando sin descanso para buscar medidas con el fin continuar con el apoyo que brindamos a esta actividad en la coyuntura actual. Es a trav\u00e9s de esta labor como materializamos la presente medida\u201d, recalc\u00f3 el Ministro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan esa norma, tambi\u00e9n<strong> se encuentran excluidas del impuesto sobre las ventas-IVA<\/strong>, hasta el 31 de diciembre de este a\u00f1o, los<strong> establecimientos de comercio que lleven a cabo actividades de expendio de comidas y bebidas preparadas en restaurantes, cafeter\u00edas, autoservicios, helader\u00edas, fruter\u00edas, pasteler\u00edas y panader\u00edas<\/strong>, para consumo en el lugar, cuando el Gobierno Nacional as\u00ed lo autorice, o entregadas a domicilio. Esto es para actividades que se desarrollen mediante contratos de franquicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual manera, la medida de la exclusi\u00f3n transitoria del impuesto sobre las ventas<strong> beneficia la adquisici\u00f3n de materias primas qu\u00edmicas para la producci\u00f3n de medicamentos<\/strong> y la importaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos automotores de servicio p\u00fablico o particular de pasajeros, as\u00ed como los asociados al transporte de carga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo el Ministro anunci\u00f3 <strong>otras medidas orientadas a ayudar al sector,<\/strong> como la suspensi\u00f3n temporal de la sobretasa de energ\u00eda hasta diciembre de este a\u00f1o, en lo correspondiente a alojamientos y parques tem\u00e1ticos y de recreaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la misma manera, anunci\u00f3 \u201cla eliminaci\u00f3n del anticipo de renta al sector del turismo.
