{"id":3794,"date":"2020-06-08T11:17:45","date_gmt":"2020-06-08T16:17:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=3794"},"modified":"2020-06-08T11:17:47","modified_gmt":"2020-06-08T16:17:47","slug":"asi-va-la-construccion-de-placa-huella-en-baraya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/asi-va-la-construccion-de-placa-huella-en-baraya\/","title":{"rendered":"As\u00ed va la construcci\u00f3n de placa huella en Baraya"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En un 17 por ciento avanza la <strong>construcci\u00f3n de la placa huella <\/strong>y obras de arte en<strong> 4 kil\u00f3metros de la v\u00eda entre las veredas Totumito y La Troja<\/strong>, en zona rural de Baraya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La obra cuenta <strong>con una inversi\u00f3n de $8.371 millones <\/strong>que son aportados por Ecopetrol, mediante la modalidad de obras por impuestos, un mecanismo incorporado a la reforma tributaria de 2016, el cual permite a las empresas destinar parte de su pago de impuesto de renta a la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos de impacto social en los municipios clasificados como Zomac (Zonas M\u00e1s Afectadas por el Conflicto).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsta megaobra que se est\u00e1 ejecutando en nuestro municipio e<strong>s de gran impacto para toda la comunidad<\/strong>, en especial para el sector agropecuario, que tendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s agilidad para sacar sus productos y con mayor calidad\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 el alcalde Milton Eduardo Pineda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el\nsecretario de Gobierno, Isidro Nieto, los beneficios se ver\u00e1n representados en\nel desarrollo social y el cierre de brechas de inequidad en la calidad de vida de\nm\u00e1s de mil habitantes de ocho veredas de este sector de Baraya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los trabajos en esta v\u00eda fueron<strong> reactivados hace dos semanas,<\/strong> tras ser suspendidos en marzo pasado por la declaraci\u00f3n de Emergencia Sanitaria por parte del Gobierno Nacional. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para su\nreactivaci\u00f3n, fue necesaria la aplicaci\u00f3n de nuevos y rigurosos protocolos de\nbioseguridad aprobados por las respectivas firmas de interventor\u00eda de cada obra\ny concertados con las autoridades locales y departamentales para la mitigaci\u00f3n\ndel contagio de la Covid-19.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En un 17 por ciento avanza la construcci\u00f3n de la placa huella y obras de arte en 4 kil\u00f3metros de la v\u00eda entre las veredas Totumito y La Troja, en zona rural de Baraya.
