un 35% avanza obra de infraestructura tur\u00edstica de Fortalecillas, Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Luego de inspecci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica realizada por la Secretar\u00eda de Competitividad de Neiva y Fontur, se evidencia que avanza progresivamente el proyecto de infraestructura tur\u00edstica del corregimiento de Fortalecillas, el cual busca fortalecer la Ruta de la Achira como un eje dinamizador del turismo municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNos encontr\u00e1bamos haciendo una visita a cada uno de los tres puntos de intervenci\u00f3n que tiene este proyecto de infraestructura, luego sostuvimos una reuni\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y administrativa con el contratista de la obra y con la interventor\u00eda, para inspeccionar el avance y qu\u00e9 inconvenientes se han presentado durante la ejecuci\u00f3n de la obra\u201d, sostuvo la secretaria de Competitividad, Maryeli P\u00e9rez Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"38275\" class=\"wp-image-38274\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed las cosas, la funcionaria indic\u00f3 que la obra tiene un avance del 35%, es decir, el proyecto avanza a buena marcha, pese a los inconvenientes presentados por la ola invernal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe ha ido avanzando en tres puntos de intervenci\u00f3n, que es el Parque Central, la Plaza Achira y Puerto Remolino donde se est\u00e1 haciendo una intervenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s grande con la proyecci\u00f3n de un mirador\u201d, expres\u00f3 Maryeli P\u00e9rez Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inversi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la arquitecta Martha Hern\u00e1ndez, residente de obra del corregimiento de Fortalecillas, en el proyecto de infraestructura se adelantan trabajos de estampado, urbanismo, adecuaciones e instalaci\u00f3n del nuevo acueducto y tuber\u00edas de aguas lluvias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta obra tiene un valor de 1.180 millones de pesos; 938 millones de pesos financiados por Fontur y 242 millones de pesos del municipio de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default este importante proyecto que no solo beneficiar\u00e1 a todos los habitantes del corregimiento de Fortalecillas sino tambi\u00e9n a todo el municipio, dado su alto potencial
