{"id":38308,"date":"2022-10-31T07:21:17","date_gmt":"2022-10-31T12:21:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=38308"},"modified":"2022-10-31T07:21:18","modified_gmt":"2022-10-31T12:21:18","slug":"ruta-y-protocolo-en-caso-de-retiro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/ruta-y-protocolo-en-caso-de-retiro\/","title":{"rendered":"Ruta y protocolo en caso de retiro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Por: Jairo Herrera Cardoso \/\/ Neuropsic\u00f3logo Educativo.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se sugiere respetuosamente a los rectores y su equipo directivo de las Instituciones Educativas llevar una relaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de lo retiros que se presentan por diversas circunstancias como, por ejemplo: cambio de domicilio, cambio de municipio, cambio departamento y por presunto abandono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es fundamental tener en cuenta, situaciones insitu y externas, que pueden estar ocurriendo en las familias, por falta de hogares protectores y hogares saludables, para ello es indispensable, establecer una ruta y protocolo en caso de retiro, para que se garantice el derecho a la educaci\u00f3n y que cada Instituci\u00f3n cuente con un registro hist\u00f3rico o un historial, donde queden las evidencias del retiro de cada uno de los estudiantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una estrategia para ese registro hist\u00f3rico, son las rutas y protocolos que se deben tener en cuenta al momento de retiro del estudiante, veamos un protocolo neuro-did\u00e1ctico para el caso que nos ocupa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El protocolo inicia en la Coordinaci\u00f3n atendiendo al padre de familia y conociendo los motivos del presunto retiro, luego pasa a la Secretaria Acad\u00e9mica, donde diligencia un formato que se le entrega para que argumente los motivos del retiro. Solo est\u00e1 autorizado cancelar matricula una vez pase por la Orientaci\u00f3n Escolar, el titular que firm\u00f3 la matricula, debe garantizarle al estudiante que lo va a matricular en otra Instituci\u00f3n, para no vulnerar el derecho a la educaci\u00f3n y el se\u00f1or rector, autoriza a la secretaria acad\u00e9mica entregar la documentaci\u00f3n a satisfacci\u00f3n y autom\u00e1ticamente el estudiante es retirado del SIMAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La corresponsabilidad seg\u00fan el art\u00edculo 10 de la ley 1098 \u201cC\u00f3digo de Infancia y Adolescencia\u201d, el estado garantiza la permanencia en la Instituci\u00f3n Educativa, el padre de familia al no matricular su hijo en otra Instituci\u00f3n Educativa presuntamente vulnera el derecho a la educaci\u00f3n y se tipifica un presunto abandono, en esas circunstancias la Orientaci\u00f3n Escolar, remitir\u00e1 la presunta vulneraci\u00f3n al derecho a la educaci\u00f3n, directamente al Instituto Colombiano del Bienestar Familiar ICBF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La anterior sugerencia respetuosa y neuro did\u00e1ctica, nos evitara situaciones de presunta vulneraci\u00f3n de derechos, sobre retenci\u00f3n escolar y la mal llamada deserci\u00f3n escolar y en t\u00e9rminos peyorativos los desertores, cuando nuestros estudiantes a\u00fan no han presentado el servicio militar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por: Jairo Herrera Cardoso \/\/ Neuropsic\u00f3logo Educativo.
