En esta oportunidad, 1.300 corredores hicieron parte de esta competencia que busca reunir a los afiliados y proporcionar a ellos espacios y actividades para el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es de resaltar que esta actividad deportiva promueve no solo la participaci\u00f3n de corredores sino tambi\u00e9n de sus mascotas sirviendo para la integraci\u00f3n familiar. Cada uno, de acuerdo a su nivel de competencia, pudo recorrer 5 o 10 kil\u00f3metros, destac\u00e1ndose en la categor\u00eda de los 10 k Carlos Fernando Garc\u00eda y Elizabeth Tovar y para los 5k Anderson Minda y Esther Mart\u00ednez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/DJI_0009-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38408\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de la salida, Comfamiliar Huila ofreci\u00f3 a los corredores calentamiento f\u00edsico orientado por el personal de sus gimnasios para evitar lesiones y garantizar que todos lograran llegar a buen t\u00e9rmino el trayecto en el que cada competidor registra una marca personal.
