{"id":38643,"date":"2022-11-04T06:57:19","date_gmt":"2022-11-04T11:57:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=38643"},"modified":"2022-11-04T06:57:20","modified_gmt":"2022-11-04T11:57:20","slug":"tarifa-en-transporte-publico-colectivo-de-neiva-sera-diferente-para-estudiantes-y-otras-personas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/tarifa-en-transporte-publico-colectivo-de-neiva-sera-diferente-para-estudiantes-y-otras-personas\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarifa en transporte p\u00fablico colectivo de Neiva ser\u00e1 diferente para estudiantes y otras personas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con el prop\u00f3sito de garantizar la sostenibilidad del Sistema Estrat\u00e9gico de Transporte P\u00fablico de Neiva y la correcta prestaci\u00f3n del servicio de transporte, una vez entre en operaci\u00f3n, el SETP y la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal, crearon el Fondo de Estabilizaci\u00f3n Tarifaria e instituir\u00e1n una tarifa diferencial para tres grupos poblacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre este tema hizo precisi\u00f3n el gerente del SETP, Faiber Sandoval Cumbe, durante la sesi\u00f3n del Concejo de Neiva del 2 de noviembre, citada por el concejal N\u00e9stor Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl mecanismo de tarifas diferenciales se encuentra previsto desde el estudio de estructuraci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico, legal y financiero para estudiantes, personas de la tercera edad, presidentes de juntas de acci\u00f3n comunal y personas con discapacidad, los estudios tienen previsto de que se pueda plantear una tarifa diferencial, solo que se encuentra condicionado a la consecuci\u00f3n de los recursos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Sandoval Cumbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"38645\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-11-03-at-6.23.40-PM-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38645\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"38646\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-11-03-at-6.23.39-PM-2-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38646\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que en estos momentos el Municipio se encuentra buscando las fuentes de financiaci\u00f3n para asegurar este beneficio para muchos ciudadanos, lo que permitir\u00e1 aumentar el volumen de pasajeros del sistema y por ende fortalece su sostenibilidad. Este aspecto conlleva mayor importancia ya que seg\u00fan estudios de la Operadora Integrada de Transporte Amable Opita S.A. el registro de pasajeros diarios ha descendido de 74.000 en 2019 a 34.000 y 40.000 en 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la sesi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 la secretaria de Movilidad, Luisa Fernanda Robles, quien asegur\u00f3 que \u201cuno de los compromisos desde la Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad es poder determinar t\u00e9cnica y financieramente, la posibilidad de que el recaudo que se haga por cartera morosa de lo que tiene que ver con el rubro de multas y comparendos, se pudiera destinar para financiar el Fondo de Estabilizaci\u00f3n Tarifaria, FET\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es un mecanismo que busca lograr un equilibrio del precio de un producto o servicio, debido a las inversiones realizadas por el proyecto, lo que permitir\u00e1 brindar a la comunidad un servicio oportuno, eficiente y de calidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con el prop\u00f3sito de garantizar la sostenibilidad del Sistema Estrat\u00e9gico de Transporte P\u00fablico de Neiva y la correcta prestaci\u00f3n del servicio de transporte, una vez entre en operaci\u00f3n, el SETP y la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal, crearon el Fondo de Estabilizaci\u00f3n Tarifaria e instituir\u00e1n una tarifa diferencial para tres grupos poblacionales.
