flagrancia de dos personas por el delito de Hurto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDe esta forma, uniformados del CAI C\u00e1ndido, cuando realizaban labores de patrullaje observan a varios j\u00f3venes en tres motocicletas, quienes al notar la presencia policial emprenden la huida, activando el plan candado y logrando interceptar a dos de ellos, quienes se movilizaban en una motocicleta sport negra. \u00a0Es as\u00ed como al practicarles un registro preventivo, se les encuentra en su poder un arma de fuego tipo traum\u00e1tica y un celular, el cual minutos antes, de acuerdo a denuncia ciudadana, hab\u00eda sido hurtado a un ciudadano en la carrera 1 con calle 54 del barrio C\u00e1ndido, intimid\u00e1ndolo con el arma incautada\u201d, indicaron las autoridades en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" responden a los nombres de Jhon Ferney Ram\u00edrez Soto de 24 a\u00f1os y Nolber Mauricio Contreras Ram\u00edrez de 18 a\u00f1os y fueron dejados a disposici\u00f3n de autoridad competente por el delito de Hurto, donde un juez de control de garant\u00edas decidi\u00f3 cobijarlos con medida de aseguramiento de detenci\u00f3n preventiva en su lugar de domicilio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El celular
