En esta ocasi\u00f3n, la Junta Directiva de Surabastos y Mercaneiva tuvieron un espacio donde fue clave el di\u00e1logo para la concertaci\u00f3n y aclaraci\u00f3n de inquietudes sobre lo trazado en la hoja ruta que traer\u00e1 desarrollo y progreso para esta importante zona del municipio durante los pr\u00f3ximos 12 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el secretario de Desarrollo Agropecuario, Fernando Rodr\u00edguez Pardo, en esta zona se pretenden desarrollar tres proyectos muy importantes y de gran impacto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl primero de ellos, es el terminal de carga, que ser\u00e1 adelantando en las instalaciones de Mercaneiva, en espacios de propiedad del municipio de Neiva, y que pretende traer todo este comercio que realiza el sector rural sobre la carrera Segunda, la plazoleta de San Pedro, para descongestionar esta zona y organizarla\u201d, revel\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 el funcionario que, el segundo proyecto se trata de la construcci\u00f3n del Centro Agrolog\u00edstico, Industrial y de Negocios Internacional \u201cen donde vamos a tener recintos feriales de exposici\u00f3n de especies mayores y menores, transformaci\u00f3n de productos agropecuarios; es un complejo grande, ambicioso y muy competo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"39086\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-11-09-at-5.22.59-PM-1-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39086\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"39088\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-11-09-at-5.22.59-PM-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39088\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"39087\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-11-09-at-5.22.56-PM-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39087\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El tercer proyecto es el eje l\u00fadico ambiental, zona que comprende desde la glorieta donde inicia la Avenida \u2018In\u00e9s Garc\u00eda de Dur\u00e1n\u2019 hasta Surabastos. \u201cSe pretende desarrollar una serie de actividades y obras que van a dinamizar y complementar toda esta zona para ambientes y espacios de familia y comerciales, que potencien toda esta zona, complementando con lo que ya existe aqu\u00ed, que es la central mayorista y minorista, y el Patin\u00f3dromo. Generar\u00eda un espacio de mucho desarrollo y de mucha actividad para el municipio de Neiva\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes esta socializaci\u00f3n, el gerente de Surabastos, Germ\u00e1n Pe\u00f1a Gonz\u00e1lez, destac\u00f3 la iniciativa del alcalde de Neiva, Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, de socializar los dise\u00f1os y acciones que se tienen planeado para la ciudad, en especial para este sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl Centro Agrolog\u00edstico me parece muy bueno, le hace falta a la ciudad para el desarrollo de la competitividad de los diferentes sectores como la agricultura, la avicultura, porcicultura, ganader\u00eda; entonces, es bueno para que la gente tenga donde mostrar el desarrollo de su trabajo.
