{"id":3936,"date":"2020-06-14T14:32:17","date_gmt":"2020-06-14T19:32:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=3936"},"modified":"2020-06-14T14:32:19","modified_gmt":"2020-06-14T19:32:19","slug":"procesamiento-de-muestras-para-covid-19-sera-duplicado-en-el-huila","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/procesamiento-de-muestras-para-covid-19-sera-duplicado-en-el-huila\/","title":{"rendered":"Procesamiento de muestras para COVID 19 ser\u00e1 duplicado en el Huila"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El\nLaboratorio de Salud P\u00fablica Departamental ya cuenta con el moderno equipo de\nextracci\u00f3n <strong>KING FISHER DUO<\/strong>que permitir\u00e1 aumentar el proceso de an\u00e1lisis\nde las pruebas RT PCR para SARS Covid19, con esta adquisici\u00f3n se duplicar\u00e1 la\ncapacidad de atenci\u00f3n y respuesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con una<strong> inversi\u00f3n de $303.817.590 <\/strong>el Gobierno Departamental adquiri\u00f3 un <strong>moderno equipo de laboratorio que permitir\u00e1 realizar la extracci\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos nucleicos (ADN Y ARN) y prote\u00ednas<\/strong>, a partir de plasma, sangre, fluidos corporales, agua, lodos, para el caso del covid-19 la extracci\u00f3n de ARN viral que se realiza a trav\u00e9s del tracto respiratorio inferior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El equipo KING FISHER DUO, <strong>puede extraer hasta 24 muestras en 40 minutos<\/strong> aproximadamente, \u00abhemos logrado adquirir este equipo que <strong>nos permitir\u00e1 duplicar el an\u00e1lisis y procesamiento de las pruebas para descartar o confirmar los casos de Covid19<\/strong> en el departamento, est\u00e1bamos procesando en promedio 50 muestras al d\u00eda, ahora podremos aumentar el proceso a 100 muestras\u00bb inform\u00f3 C\u00e9sar Alberto Polan\u00eda, secretario de salud del Huila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo,<strong> fue instalada otra cabina para manejo de muestras de PCR <\/strong>que le permitir\u00e1 al Laboratorio de Salud P\u00fablica agilizar la preparaci\u00f3n de las pruebas para el an\u00e1lisis, que en reconocimiento del Instituto Nacional de Salud cumple con los est\u00e1ndares de calidad para confiabilidad de los resultados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Laboratorio de Salud P\u00fablica Departamental ya cuenta con el moderno equipo de extracci\u00f3n KING FISHER DUOque permitir\u00e1 aumentar el proceso de an\u00e1lisis de las pruebas RT PCR para SARS Covid19, con esta adquisici\u00f3n se duplicar\u00e1 la capacidad de atenci\u00f3n y respuesta.
