{"id":3942,"date":"2020-06-15T04:50:09","date_gmt":"2020-06-15T09:50:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=3942"},"modified":"2020-06-15T04:50:11","modified_gmt":"2020-06-15T09:50:11","slug":"presidente-explico-mecanismo-de-hipoteca-inversa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/presidente-explico-mecanismo-de-hipoteca-inversa\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente explic\u00f3 mecanismo de hipoteca inversa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El\u00a0 Presidente Iv\u00e1n Duque fue enf\u00e1tico en\u00a0 afirmar que<strong> acogerse al mecanismo de la Hipoteca Inversa es una decisi\u00f3n voluntaria<\/strong> y democr\u00e1tica que los mayores de 65 a\u00f1os pueden tomar para tener un ingreso complementario, a trav\u00e9s de su vivienda propia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante la pregunta de un ciudadano colombiano, en el sentido de si la Hipoteca Inversa era una medida obligatoria, el Jefe de Estado fue determinante en su respuesta: \u201cNo es obligatoria.<strong> Es un producto voluntario<\/strong>; es un producto que, adem\u00e1s, se adelanta en un esp\u00edritu democr\u00e1tico con la libertad de elegir\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, al responder a una ciudadana sobre si la hipoteca inversa correspond\u00eda a una expropiaci\u00f3n, el Mandatario subray\u00f3: \u201cNo se\u00f1ora, <strong>no es una expropiaci\u00f3n; es un veh\u00edculo, es un instrumento<\/strong>, es un producto voluntario al cual solamente pueden acceder las personas que quieran hacerlo y, sobre todo, con unas reglas de juego muy transparentes\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tal contexto, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que para los mayores de 65 a\u00f1os este mecanismo <strong>se \u201cconvierte en una fuente de ingreso hasta el \u00faltimo d\u00eda de su vida<\/strong>, y puede mejorar, tambi\u00e9n, el ingreso de muchas parejas mayores de 65 a\u00f1os en el pa\u00eds\u201d.
