reconoci\u00f3 y conmemor\u00f3 este lunes 14 de noviembre la labor de las personas que desde las calles de Neiva se ganan su sustento diario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cReiterar que este d\u00eda es muy especial para este sector de la ciudad y que la Direcci\u00f3n de Espacio P\u00fablico, dentro de la Pol\u00edtica P\u00fablica de Vendedores Informales, lo est\u00e1 asumiendo con mucho respeto y responsabilidad\u201d, sostuvo el director de Espacio P\u00fablico del Municipio, Hugo Alberto Arciniegas Mart\u00ednez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"39523\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39522\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jornada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es as\u00ed como desde la Plazoleta de Comidas del Malec\u00f3n del R\u00edo Magdalena, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el D\u00eda del Vendedor Informal, una jornada participativa e inclusiva que estuvo enmarcada por actividades institucionales, culturales y de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa cultura juega un papel importante en estas actividades, porque es la encargada de generar conciencia y por eso se est\u00e1n emprendiendo estas acciones para avanzar hacia la educaci\u00f3n sobre el buen uso del espacio p\u00fablico\u201d, expres\u00f3 Arciniegas Mart\u00ednez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que, este fue un espacio organizado desde la Direcci\u00f3n de Espacio P\u00fablico y articulado entre las secretar\u00edas de Deportes, Cultura y Vivienda; Sisb\u00e9n, la ESE \u2018Carmen Emilia Ospina\u2019 y el Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery tambi\u00e9n establece la obligaci\u00f3n de desarrollar estrategias de inclusi\u00f3n, formalizaci\u00f3n y regulaci\u00f3n de dicha actividad, \u00fanicos mecanismos para dignificar a esta
