De esta manera, la corporaci\u00f3n tendr\u00eda mayores posibilidades de debatir y aprobar proyectos de origen congresional, as\u00ed como mayores tiempos para ejercer control pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la actualidad, los congresistas sesionan en per\u00edodos que van de marzo a junio y de julio a diciembre. La modificaci\u00f3n busca que los congresistas inicien su trabajo en el primer semestre del a\u00f1o en febrero. No obstante, quedar\u00e1 pendiente para la discusi\u00f3n en plenaria la fecha exacta, puesto que si bien la ponencia define el 1 de febrero como la fecha de inicio, algunos congresistas se inclinan por la fecha del 16 del mismo mes. La iniciativa incluye que durante este per\u00edodo se tramiten proyectos de ley de origen congresual, controles pol\u00edticos y audiencias p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste es el Congreso del cambio, de hecho el Congreso ya cambi\u00f3 y la aprobaci\u00f3n un\u00e1nime de hoy lo demuestra. Me siento optimista al ver que esta iniciativa tiene cada vez mayor consenso y es hoy una causa de todos los partidos pol\u00edticos.
