{"id":39970,"date":"2022-11-20T11:52:27","date_gmt":"2022-11-20T16:52:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=39970"},"modified":"2022-11-20T11:52:28","modified_gmt":"2022-11-20T16:52:28","slug":"cayeron-los-gomelos-en-garzon-huila","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/cayeron-los-gomelos-en-garzon-huila\/","title":{"rendered":"Cayeron \u2018Los Gomelos\u2019 en Garz\u00f3n, Huila"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con pistolas traum\u00e1ticas, armas cortopunzantes y utilizando la violencia o mediante la modalidad de halado, eran hurtadas las motocicletas que el grupo delincuencial Los Gomelos desguazaban o vend\u00edan posteriormente en el mercado negro de departamentos aleda\u00f1os como el Cauca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de varios meses de investigaci\u00f3n, hombres pertenecientes al departamento de Polic\u00eda Huila-SIJIN, lograron recaudar los elementos materiales probatorios necesarios y suficientes para lanzar la operaci\u00f3n que cont\u00f3 con cuatro allanamientos que permitieron las tres capturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/WhatsApp-Video-2022-11-20-at-11.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Los j\u00f3venes delincuentes eran conocidos entre sus amigos como \u00b4Los Gomelos\u00b4 dada su condici\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y vida social que llevaban, al momento de sus capturas, las familias se sorprendieron ya que no conoc\u00eda de las actividades delictivas en las que andaban los hoy capturados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/WhatsApp-Video-2022-11-20-at-11-1.mov\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Teniente Coronel Jenny Paola Franco Rodr\u00edguez, comandante (e) Departamento de Polic\u00eda Huila.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La modalidad m\u00e1s utilizada por los delincuentes consist\u00eda en hurtarse las motos y posteriormente llamar a sus v\u00edctimas a pedir recompensa\u00a0 por la devoluci\u00f3n de los automotores, cuando las v\u00edctimas se negaban, las motocicletas eran desguazadas y vendidas como repuestos o llevadas al Cauca para la comercializaci\u00f3n ilegal al mejor postor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/WhatsApp-Video-2022-11-20-at-11-2.mov\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Los tres capturados fueron enviados a la c\u00e1rcel por un Juez de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con pistolas traum\u00e1ticas, armas cortopunzantes y utilizando la violencia o mediante la modalidad de halado, eran hurtadas las motocicletas que el grupo delincuencial Los Gomelos desguazaban o vend\u00edan posteriormente en el mercado negro de departamentos aleda\u00f1os como el Cauca.
