balance en cada uno de los ejes de aplicaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica Publica de V\u00edctimas del Conflicto Armado interno a nivel municipal y emitir la valoraci\u00f3n del concepto de seguridad, la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva realiz\u00f3 la quinta y \u00faltima sesi\u00f3n del a\u00f1o del Comit\u00e9 de Justicia Transicional Territorial, la cual fue presidida por el alcalde Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste Comit\u00e9 hace el seguimiento al cumplimiento de la Pol\u00edtica P\u00fablica de V\u00edctimas en el municipio y es muy importante porque aqu\u00ed est\u00e1n presentes las autoridades administrativas, Fuerza P\u00fablica, Ministerio P\u00fabico y una representaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edctimas\u201d, expres\u00f3 Esmith Duarte Cano, secretaria de Paz y Derechos Humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"40275\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40276\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta quinta y \u00faltima sesi\u00f3n del a\u00f1o, dej\u00f3 un balance positivo en t\u00e9rminos de la aplicaci\u00f3n de Pol\u00edtica P\u00fablica de V\u00edctimas del Conflicto Amado, a trav\u00e9s del Plan de Acci\u00f3n Territorial, as\u00ed como el Observatorio de Derechos Humanos y el Programa de Atenci\u00f3n Psicosocial y Salud Integral a V\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa voluntad ha existido por parte del ente municipal, hemos presentado muchos desaf\u00edos debido a la pandemia y han cambiado muchas cosas para las que no est\u00e1bamos preparados, pero en este momento podemos decir que si se les est\u00e1 cumpliendo a las v\u00edctimas del municipio de Neiva\u201d, agreg\u00f3 Ana Pi\u00f1eros, coordinadora de la Mesa Municipal de V\u00edctimas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, se evalu\u00f3 el concepto de seguridad para el posible retorno y reubicaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edctimas del conflicto armado a la ciudad de Neiva, emitido por la Fuerza P\u00fablica, el cual fue avalado para la zona urbana bajo observaciones espec\u00edficas por caso y no aprobado para zona rural, esta decisi\u00f3n es reiterativa en el transcurso de este a\u00f1o, debido a los hechos de violencia que se han presentado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con el objetivo de realizar
