{"id":41797,"date":"2022-12-11T05:00:27","date_gmt":"2022-12-11T10:00:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=41797"},"modified":"2022-12-11T05:00:27","modified_gmt":"2022-12-11T10:00:27","slug":"maraton-de-aerobicos-en-garzon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/maraton-de-aerobicos-en-garzon\/","title":{"rendered":"Marat\u00f3n de aer\u00f3bicos en Garz\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En d\u00edas pasados la&nbsp;<strong>Unidad Deportiva de Garz\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;fue escenario de una&nbsp;<strong>marat\u00f3n de aer\u00f3bicos,<\/strong>&nbsp;segunda de este tipo en la Capital Diocesana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La actividad fue organizada por el programa de Licenciatura en Educaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica de la Universidad Surcolombiana sede Garz\u00f3n, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Oficina de Deportes del municipio, el programa HEVS del Ministerio del Deporte y el Inderhuila; con la&nbsp;<strong>participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 400 personas<\/strong>&nbsp;entre ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes, adultos y adultos mayores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento estuvo coordinado por el docente catedr\u00e1tico del programa V\u00edctor Almeida con el apoyo de estudiantes del segundo semestre que cursan la asignatura de aer\u00f3bicos y el profesor Milton Chavarro del programa HEVS del Ministerio del deporte y el Inderhuila; con el que se busc\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>concienciar a la comunidad del empleo de la actividad f\u00edsica<\/strong>&nbsp;como herramienta para el&nbsp;<strong>establecimiento de h\u00e1bitos y estilos de vida saludables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En d\u00edas pasados la&nbsp;Unidad Deportiva de Garz\u00f3n&nbsp;fue escenario de una&nbsp;marat\u00f3n de aer\u00f3bicos,&nbsp;segunda de este tipo en la Capital Diocesana.
