{"id":42058,"date":"2022-12-14T07:12:05","date_gmt":"2022-12-14T12:12:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=42058"},"modified":"2022-12-14T07:12:06","modified_gmt":"2022-12-14T12:12:06","slug":"mas-de-38-mil-millones-se-han-invertido-en-la-comuna-4-de-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/mas-de-38-mil-millones-se-han-invertido-en-la-comuna-4-de-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s de 38 mil millones se han invertido en la comuna 4 de Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A los habitantes de la Comuna 4, ediles y presidentes de juntas de acci\u00f3n comunal, el alcalde de Neiva, Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, con todo su gabinete entreg\u00f3 el informe de los avances del Plan de Desarrollo \u2018Mandato Ciudadano, Territorio de Vida y Paz\u2019, en esa comuna c\u00e9ntrica de la ciudad, donde se han realizado inversiones por m\u00e1s de $38.500 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo ratific\u00f3 el mandatario Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, \u00abseguimos trabajando en lo que nos corresponde, no solamente por ley de transparencia y ataque a la corrupci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n dentro de la l\u00ednea estrat\u00e9gica nuestra de gobernar desde y para el territorio. Se hizo una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de $38.000 millones, en restituci\u00f3n de alcantarillado y acueductos de m\u00e1s de 70 a\u00f1os, malla vial, alumbrado p\u00fablico, etc.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"42060\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-12-13-at-6.18.43-PM-1-1024x736.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42060\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"42062\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-12-13-at-6.18.41-PM-1-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42062\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"42061\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-12-13-at-6.18.40-PM-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42061\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La obras significativas que se han llevado a cabo en dicha Comuna, ha sido el convenio entre el SETP y Las Ceibas &#8211; Empresas P\u00fablicas de Neiva, donde se invirtieron m\u00e1s de $4.000 millones en rehabilitaci\u00f3n de andenes y obras complementarias de la calle 8 y carrera segunda. Adem\u00e1s, se intervinieron m\u00e1s de 140.446 metros cuadrados con el programa de ornato y m\u00e1s de $11.800 millones en la optimizaci\u00f3n de la red de acueducto y alcantarillado de los barrios Centro, Altico, Estadio y La Toma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante recalcar el mantenimiento que se realiz\u00f3 a cubiertas y al comedor escolar de la Instituci\u00f3n Educativa \u2018Ricardo Borrero \u00c1lvarez\u2019, donde tambi\u00e9n se adelantaron adecuaciones de cocinas de comedores. As\u00ed mismo, se han hecho inversiones en alumbrado p\u00fablico, cultura, SETP, salud, seguridad, entre otras, con el fin de dignificar la calidad de vida de los
