{"id":42258,"date":"2022-12-16T15:35:24","date_gmt":"2022-12-16T20:35:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=42258"},"modified":"2022-12-16T15:35:25","modified_gmt":"2022-12-16T20:35:25","slug":"la-justicia-fallo-a-favor-de-gorky-munoz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/la-justicia-fallo-a-favor-de-gorky-munoz\/","title":{"rendered":"La justicia fall\u00f3 a favor de Gorky Mu\u00f1oz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Este viernes se llev\u00f3 a cabo la audiencia para definir en segunda instancia si la decisi\u00f3n que hab\u00eda sido tomada el pasado mes de junio, sobre imponer medida privativa de la libertad contra el Alcalde Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, se manten\u00eda o no en firme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La diligencia, hace referencia a la investigaci\u00f3n por la celebraci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n del contrato de suministro 0698 de 2020 suscrito entre el municipio de Neiva y la Asociaci\u00f3n de Estudiantes Afrodescendientes de Nari\u00f1o &#8211; ASOFORMANDO, por valor de $5.250 millones, que ten\u00eda como objeto la adquisici\u00f3n de productos alimenticios b\u00e1sicos para ser entregados en el Programa de Alimentaci\u00f3n Escolar, as\u00ed como el contrato de interventor\u00eda celebrado con la Fundaci\u00f3n Colombia Florece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado 28 de junio el Juez S\u00e9ptimo Penal de Neiva se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Mu\u00f1oz deb\u00eda permanecer bajo la medida de casa por c\u00e1rcel, sin embargo, luego de realizarse el proceso de apelaci\u00f3n, en segunda instancia este 16 de diciembre fue revocada la medida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante la noticia, el alcalde de Neiva se pronunci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de sus redes sociales \u00abHoy agradezco a Dios por su infinito amor, a mi familia que ha sido fundamental en cada paso que he dado, a este equipo de trabajo con el que compartimos sue\u00f1os en com\u00fan, a los l\u00edderes comunitarios y a todas y cada una de las personas que han confiado en nosotros y nos han tenido en sus oraciones\u00bb, adem\u00e1s se\u00f1al\u00f3 que recibe la noticia con tranquilidad ya que podr\u00e1 continuar trabajando por los neivanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abAhora, seguiremos haciendo lo que nos corresponde, como lo hemos hecho desde el 1 de enero de 2020: trabajar sin descanso para cumplir con lo establecido en nuestro Plan de Desarrollo\u00bb agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el proceso tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n implicados el exsecretario de Educaci\u00f3n, Giovanni C\u00f3rdoba, los asesores jur\u00eddicos Andr\u00e9s Camacho y Juan Felipe Molano.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este viernes se llev\u00f3 a cabo la audiencia para definir en segunda instancia si la decisi\u00f3n que hab\u00eda sido tomada el pasado mes de junio, sobre imponer medida privativa de la libertad contra el Alcalde Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, se manten\u00eda o no en firme.
