aproveche el descuento del 50% en impuestos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda de Neiva a trav\u00e9s del Decreto 1015 de 2022 estableci\u00f3 que, los contribuyentes tienen la oportunidad de ponerse al d\u00eda con el municipio aprovechando el descuento del 50% en los intereses moratorios hasta el 30 de junio de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl Decreto permite desarrollar el Art\u00edculo 91 de la Reforma Tributaria del Gobierno Nacional, el cual reduce los intereses moratorios de los contribuyentes de impuestos locales, en una cuant\u00eda del 50%\u201d, sostuvo el secretario de Hacienda, Jaime Ram\u00edrez Plazas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejemplifica el funcionario que, si un contribuyente debe el impuesto predial de los dos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os y si los intereses moratorios est\u00e1n en una tasa del 42%, inmediatamente se reduce al 21%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-12-21-at-5.04.12-PM-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42721\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs decir, hoy en d\u00eda nosotros tenemos unos procesos de cobro coactivo que superan los $47.000 millones por impuesto predial, de los cuales casi $30.000 millones corresponden a inter\u00e9s moratorios, estos se convertir\u00e1n en $15.000 millones si los contribuyentes acceden a pagar\u00bb, indic\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, las facilidades o acuerdos de pago que se suscriban a partir de la entrada en vigencia del decreto deber\u00e1n ser radicadas a m\u00e1s tardar el 15 de mayo de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el secretario invit\u00f3 a los contribuyentes a que se pongan al d\u00eda con los impuestos y se acojan oportunamente a las facilidades de pago y los descuentos del presente decreto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Medios de pago<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 P\u00e1gina web de la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva a trav\u00e9s del Bot\u00f3n PSE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Bancos autorizados: Occidente, AvVillas, Caja Social, Bancolombia, BBVA, Colpatria, Pichincha, Finandina, Bogot\u00e1 y Agrario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Punto de pago en las oficinas de la Alcald\u00eda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda de Neiva a trav\u00e9s del Decreto 1015 de 2022 estableci\u00f3 que, los contribuyentes tienen la oportunidad de ponerse al d\u00eda con el municipio aprovechando el descuento del 50% en los intereses moratorios hasta el 30 de junio de 2023. \u201cEl Decreto permite desarrollar el Art\u00edculo 91 de la Reforma Tributaria del [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[36,53],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-42719","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-destacado","category-neiva"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.6 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>\u00bfDeudas con el municipio de Neiva?
