{"id":43023,"date":"2022-12-26T15:45:41","date_gmt":"2022-12-26T20:45:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=43023"},"modified":"2022-12-26T15:45:42","modified_gmt":"2022-12-26T20:45:42","slug":"puente-las-delicias-sobre-el-rio-cabrera-estara-listo-en-el-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/puente-las-delicias-sobre-el-rio-cabrera-estara-listo-en-el-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Puente Las Delicias sobre el Rio Cabrera, estar\u00e1 listo en el 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El proyecto contratado en el a\u00f1o 2017, que estuvo 7 da\u00f1os detenido por irregularidades en los estudios y dise\u00f1os, logr\u00f3 recuperarse luego de realizarse los ajustes respectivos y la adici\u00f3n de $2800 millones por parte del gobierno \u201cHuila Crece\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs un proyecto de vieja data, el contrato de obra\u00a0 se pudo concretar en el 2017, estuvo cuatro a\u00f1os quieto sin inicio de obra, porque el contrato original se bas\u00f3 en los estudios y dise\u00f1os que se ten\u00edan para el proyecto, pero estos estudios y dise\u00f1os estaban\u00a0 deficientes en cuanto a las exigencias de la norma para la construcci\u00f3n de puentes de Colombia la CGP 14, entonces nos gastamos dos a\u00f1os en el tema de los ajustes al dise\u00f1o y\u00a0 la consecuci\u00f3n de los recursos para hacer la adici\u00f3n de los mismos. El proyecto originalmente estuvo valorado por el orden de los $5.300 millones y cont\u00f3 con una adici\u00f3n de m\u00e1s o menos $2.800 millones\u201d, expres\u00f3 el ingeniero, Nelson Arias Villarreal, supervisor del contrato por parte de la secretaria V\u00edas e Infraestructura del Huila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"43025\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-12-26-at-3.38.43-PM-2-1024x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43025\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"43026\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-12-26-at-3.38.43-PM-1-1024x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43026\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"43027\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-12-26-at-3.38.43-PM-1024x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43027\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a Nelson Arias, en la actualidad la construcci\u00f3n del puente \u201cLas Delicias\u201d tiene un avance que supera el 90% y se trabaja en los detalles finales de su construcci\u00f3n. \u201cA la fecha de hoy el proyecto contratado tiene un avance de ejecuci\u00f3n de aproximadamente entre el 90 y 95%, este corresponde a un puente colgante met\u00e1lico, donde gran parte de la estructura esta instalada, en estos momentos se est\u00e1n haciendo unos tratamientos de soldado en las\u00a0 partes met\u00e1licas y falta la\u00a0 conformaci\u00f3n de la placa del piso, es una placa de 78 metros de longitud por ocho de ancho, este puente va a quedar habilitado para el flujo vehicular\u00a0 en doble sentido, diferente al que hab\u00eda el cual era solamente en un solo sentido. El puente que hab\u00eda tuvo la necesidad de quitarse porque ya llevaba m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os de uso y ya presentaba muchas fallas mec\u00e1nicas en sus materiales y hab\u00eda alto riesgo de que fallara en cualquier momento, entonces por eso se construy\u00f3 un nuevo puente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"43028\" para perfeccionarla, por lo cual el gobierno del Tolima quien tiene a cargo la interventor\u00eda y del Huila, quien tiene a cargo el desarrollo de la obra, afianzan los detalles para tal fin,
