{"id":43152,"date":"2022-12-28T06:09:39","date_gmt":"2022-12-28T11:09:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=43152"},"modified":"2022-12-28T06:09:40","modified_gmt":"2022-12-28T11:09:40","slug":"calle-octava-y-carrera-segunda-de-neiva-listas-para-la-implementacion-del-setp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/calle-octava-y-carrera-segunda-de-neiva-listas-para-la-implementacion-del-setp\/","title":{"rendered":"Calle octava y carrera segunda de Neiva, listas para la implementaci\u00f3n del SETP"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con el objetivo de transformar el coraz\u00f3n de Neiva en un entorno integrado con prioridad para el peat\u00f3n y totalmente viable para la movilidad del Sistema Estrat\u00e9gico de Transporte P\u00fablico, SETP, el ente gestor realiz\u00f3 durante el 2022, intervenciones importantes en materia de peatonalizaci\u00f3n y espacio p\u00fablico sobre la calle Octava y la carrera Segunda de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calle Octava<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el objetivo de articular las carreras Segunda y S\u00e9ptima, ejes estructurantes del Sistema Estrat\u00e9gico del Transporte P\u00fablico, con el centro de Neiva y facilitar el desplazamiento de peatones y usuarios del SETP, se intervinieron 1.250 metros de espacio p\u00fablico en la calle Octava, entre carreras Sexta y S\u00e9ptima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"43154\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-12-27-at-6.57.49-PM-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43154\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"43155\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-12-27-at-6.57.48-PM-2-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43155\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"43156\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-12-27-at-6.57.48-PM-1-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43156\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Incluy\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n de andenes, habilitaci\u00f3n de ciclorruta, un carril para el tr\u00e1nsito de veh\u00edculos de carga liviana, instalaci\u00f3n de losetas podot\u00e1ctiles, que sirven de gu\u00eda para las personas con discapacidad visual, y ornamentaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se hizo previamente una optimizaci\u00f3n de la red de acueducto y alcantarillado por parte de Las Ceibas &#8211; Empresas P\u00fablicas de Neiva, lo que represent\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de $958 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Carrera Segunda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Convertir la carrera Segunda en un corredor viable para la movilidad de los buses del sistema de transporte, as\u00ed como para comerciantes y usuarios de esta \u00e1rea de la ciudad, fue una de las metas del ente gestor durante el 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo que se hizo la renovaci\u00f3n de andenes y espacio p\u00fablico de 75.000 metros cuadrados, la construcci\u00f3n de un corredor de cicloinfraestructura en el separador vial de 2.5 kil\u00f3metros, restituci\u00f3n de todo el espacio p\u00fablico de la Segunda, entre la Avenida La Toma y la calle Quinta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"43158\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43157\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sumado a la compensaci\u00f3n ambiental para mitigar los impactos de las obras, que consisti\u00f3 en la siembra de 920 \u00e1rboles de los cuales 125 fueron plantados en el espacio verde que divide la ciclorruta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Proyecciones 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el gerente del SETP, Faiber Sandoval Cumbe, hoy se adelantan estudios de consultor\u00eda que permitir\u00e1n tener en el 2023 varios frentes de obra: la construcci\u00f3n de los patio talleres Sur y Norte, adem\u00e1s, dependiendo de los resultados del estudio adelantado sobre el puente de la carrera S\u00e9ptima a lo alto del r\u00edo del Oro, se definir\u00e1n las intervenciones en este sector, tambi\u00e9n se
