Con estas palabras, Helen Leonela Cuartas, presidenta de la Junta de Acci\u00f3n Comunal del barrio Villa Colombia, describe parte de su alegr\u00eda luego de ver como maquinaria y dos cuadrillas de operarios de Las Ceibas \u2013 Empresas P\u00fablicas de Neiva, llegaron hasta las postrimer\u00edas de su hogar para cumplir una petici\u00f3n hecha hace unos meses al alcalde Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n y que el mandatario, en su momento, remiti\u00f3 de inmediato a la Gerencia de Las Ceibas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLlevamos casi 30 a\u00f1os en esta problem\u00e1tica y la \u00faltima vez, me inund\u00e9 toda de agua lluvia y gracias a Empresas P\u00fablicas me est\u00e1n solucionando la problem\u00e1tica que tenemos hasta ahorita\u201d, dijo Helen Leonela Cuartas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/WhatsApp-Video-2022-12-29-at-6.44.47-PM-1.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Helen Leonela Cuartas, presidenta de la Junta de Acci\u00f3n Comunal del barrio Villa Colombia.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De esta obra, que mejorar\u00e1 la calidad de vida de los residentes de este sector de la ciudad y cuyo acceso vehicular es dif\u00edcil por lo agreste del terreno, se beneficiar\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 25 familias, que antes ten\u00edan que soportar malos olores y rebosamiento de aguas negras. Una \u201cpesadilla\u201d que este mismo a\u00f1o culminar\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La obra<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde la Gerencia de Las Ceibas \u2013 Empresas P\u00fablicas de Neiva, en cabeza de Gloria Constanza Vanegas Guti\u00e9rrez, se imparti\u00f3 la instrucci\u00f3n de hacer los respectivos estudios topogr\u00e1ficos y comenzar a ejecutar lo m\u00e1s pronto posible una obra que la comunidad de este sector de la ciudad, ubicado en la Comuna Nueve de Neiva, ped\u00eda a gritos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La inversi\u00f3n de recursos propios ser\u00e1 de m\u00e1s de 15 millones de pesos y para su respectiva ejecuci\u00f3n se destinaron dos cuadrillas de operarios para agilizar la obra y entregarla a la comunidad esta misma semana, antes de que culmine el 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un estudio previo del sector a intervenir permiti\u00f3 evidenciar que en la zona hab\u00eda una tuber\u00eda que, al parecer, fue instalada por los habitantes del barrio d\u00e9cadas atr\u00e1s y que por el desgaste de los a\u00f1os se hab\u00eda da\u00f1ado, generando rebosamiento de aguas negras que afectan a m\u00e1s de una decena de viviendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCon estos trabajos evitamos la afectaci\u00f3n de las viviendas que estaban sufriendo este problema desde hace un mes, producto por supuesto de las lluvias\u201d, sostuvo Gloria Constanza Vanegas Guti\u00e9rrez, gerente de Las Ceibas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/WhatsApp-Video-2022-12-29-at-6.45.54-PM-1.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">os\u00e9 Manuel Gonz\u00e1lez, director Operativo de Las Ceibas \u2013 Empresas P\u00fablicas de Neiva.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ser\u00e1n cerca de 40 metros lineales de tuber\u00eda de un di\u00e1metro de 16 pulgadas las que ser\u00e1n instaladas y que permitir\u00e1n evitar empozamiento de aguas negras y de lluvias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDesde la Gerencia de Las Ceibas, recibimos instrucciones claras y precisas para iniciar la restituci\u00f3n de tuber\u00eda\u201d, dijo Jos\u00e9 Manuel Gonz\u00e1lez, director Operativo de Las Ceibas \u2013 Empresas P\u00fablicas de Neiva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Por fin tendremos un buen inicio de a\u00f1o!
