UU."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El extraditado jefe de la organizaci\u00f3n criminal Clan del Golfo, Dairo Antonio \u00dasuga David, alias \u2018Otoniel\u2019, acept\u00f3 negociar un acuerdo de culpabilidad con la justicia de Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta decisi\u00f3n le evitar\u00e1 ir a un juicio oral, tras el cual podr\u00eda recibir la pena superior en caso de ser condenado, es decir, 60 a\u00f1os, tal cual contempla el tratado de extradici\u00f3n entre ambas naciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La justicia de ese pa\u00eds lo investiga por tres delitos, en la Corte del Distrito Sur de La Florida hay una acusaci\u00f3n pendiente por conspiraci\u00f3n para importar una sustancia controlada a EE.
