decir departamentos, distritos y municipios, se determina de acuerdo a cuatro criterios; el n\u00famero de habitantes, los ingresos corrientes de libre destinaci\u00f3n, la importancia econ\u00f3mica y su situaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta es una noticia positiva para Neiva, teniendo en cuenta, que el a\u00f1o anterior quienes abiertamente le hacen oposici\u00f3n al actual gobierno de Gorky Mu\u00f1oz y a sus iniciativas, empezaron a generar dudas entre la ciudadan\u00eda, por \u201clos endeudamientos\u201d que la administraci\u00f3n hab\u00eda venido asumiendo, para la realizaci\u00f3n de obras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, con la Resoluci\u00f3n n\u00famero 314 de 2022, emitida por la Contadur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n se puso fin a las especulaciones, confirmando que la capital del Huila mantiene su categor\u00eda 1, dado que sus ingresos corrientes de libre destinaci\u00f3n en la vigencia 2021, fueron de $129.277.581.000 y los gastos de funcionamiento fueron de $76.184.576.000, que equivalen a un porcentaje del 58,93%.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, la Administraci\u00f3n envi\u00f3 un mensaje de tranquilidad a los neivanos sobre que se est\u00e1 haciendo un adecuado manejo de los recursos en el municipio, as\u00ed como generando buen pron\u00f3stico para las administraciones de Neiva en el futuro, que van a contar con
