{"id":44889,"date":"2023-01-25T07:27:57","date_gmt":"2023-01-25T12:27:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=44889"},"modified":"2023-01-25T07:27:58","modified_gmt":"2023-01-25T12:27:58","slug":"contraloria-imputo-cargos-de-responsabilidad-fiscal-por-65-616-millones-contra-medimas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/contraloria-imputo-cargos-de-responsabilidad-fiscal-por-65-616-millones-contra-medimas\/","title":{"rendered":"Contralor\u00eda imput\u00f3 cargos de responsabilidad fiscal por $65.616 millones contra Medim\u00e1s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica imput\u00f3 responsabilidad fiscal solidaria por $65.616 millones contra Medim\u00e1s EPS SAS hoy en liquidaci\u00f3n y ocho de sus directivos y Century Farma SAS hoy en liquidaci\u00f3n, por el detrimento al patrimonio p\u00fablico generado por el manejo irregular dado a los recursos pertenecientes al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (SGSSS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Entre las irregularidades que dieron lugar a esta imputaci\u00f3n por parte de la Unidad de Investigaciones Especiales contra la Corrupci\u00f3n de la CGR, est\u00e1n:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pago de servicios m\u00e9dicos a personas fallecidas (en el periodo auditado 01-01-2018 a 30-06-2019 y 01-07-2019 a 30-06-2020), en cuant\u00eda de $46.306.935<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multas pagadas con recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (SGSSS), en cuant\u00eda de $2.981.189.179.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aprobaci\u00f3n y pago de anticipos a empresas contratistas con d\u00e9biles estructuras financieras y\/o en procesos de liquidaci\u00f3n en curso, que finalmente no fueron amortizados o legalizados, en cuant\u00eda de $62.588.775.380<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Por estas irregularidades, la Contralor\u00eda imput\u00f3 responsabilidad fiscal por valor total de SESENTA Y CINCO MIL SEISCIENTOS DIECIS\u00c9IS MILLONES DOSCIENTOS SETENTA Y UN MIL CUATROCIENTOS NOVENTA Y CUATRO PESOS ($65.616.271.494), as\u00ed:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MEDIMAS EPS SAS HOY EN LIQUIDACI\u00d3N&nbsp;<\/strong>cuyo Representante Legal y Agente Liquidador es el se\u00f1or&nbsp;<strong>FARUK URRUTIA JALILE&nbsp;<\/strong>por&nbsp;<strong>SESENTA Y CINCO MIL SEISCIENTOS DIECIS\u00c9IS MILLONES DOSCIENTOS SETENTA Y UN MIL CUATROCIENTOS NOVENTA Y CUATRO PESOS ($65.616.271.494)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CENTURY FARMA SAS HOY EN LIQUIDACI\u00d3N&nbsp;<\/strong>representada legalmente por&nbsp;<strong>JOS\u00c9 LEONIDAS OLAYA FORERO&nbsp;<\/strong>por&nbsp;<strong>SESENTA Y DOS MIL QUINIENTOS OCHENTA Y OCHO MILLONES SETECIENTOS SETENTA Y CINCO MIL TRESCIENTOS OCHENTA PESOS ($62.588.775.380)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>N\u00c9STOR ORLANDO ARENAS FONSECA,&nbsp;<\/strong>como PRESIDENTE DE MEDIMAS EPS SAS HOY EN LIQUIDACI\u00d3N entre el 2 de octubre de 2017 hasta el 29 de abril de 2019 por&nbsp;<strong>SESENTA Y DOS MIL QUINIENTOS OCHENTA Y OCHO MILLONES SETECIENTOS SETENTA Y CINCO MIL TRESCIENTOS OCHENTA PESOS ($62.588.775.380)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ALEX FERNANDO MART\u00cdNEZ GUARNIZO,&nbsp;<\/strong>como Presidente de MEDIMAS EPS SAS HOY EN LIQUIDACI\u00d3N entre 15 de abril de 2019 hasta el 22 de abril de 2020 por&nbsp;<strong>DOS MIL NOVECIENTOS OCHENTA Y UN MILLONES CIENTO OCHENTA Y NUEVE MIL CIENTO SETENTA Y NUEVE PESOS ($2.981.189.179)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>GONZALO DELGADILLO TORO,&nbsp;<\/strong>como Vicepresidente Financiero y Administrativo entre el 15 de abril de 2019 hasta el d\u00eda 8 de abril de 2020, por&nbsp;<strong>DOS MIL NOVECIENTOS OCHENTA Y UN MILLONES CIENTO OCHENTA Y NUEVE MIL CIENTO SETENTA Y NUEVE PESOS ($2.981.189.179)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SANTIAGO RODR\u00cdGUEZ G\u00d3MEZ,&nbsp;<\/strong>como Vicepresidente Administrativo y Financiero de MEDIMAS EPS SAS HOY EN LIQUIDACI\u00d3N entre 24 de abril de 2018 hasta el 11 de abril de 2019 por&nbsp;<strong>SESENTA Y DOS MIL SEISCIENTOS TREINTA Y CINCO MILLONES OCHENTA Y DOS MIL TRESCIENTOS QUINCE &nbsp;PESOS ($62.635.082.315).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RICARDO MARCELO BETANCUR CORREA,&nbsp;<\/strong>como Vicepresidente Administrativo y Financiero de MEDIMAS EPS SAS HOY EN LIQUIDACI\u00d3N entre 1 de agosto de 2017 hasta el 23 de abril de 2018 por&nbsp;<strong>SEIS MIL TREINTA Y NUEVE MILLONES TRESCIENTOS OCHENTA MIL SEISCIENTOS SETENTA Y TRES PESOS ($6.039.380.673).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MAR\u00cdA CAMILA AGUIRRE CORONADO,&nbsp;<\/strong>como vicepresidente Jur\u00eddico de MEDIMAS E.P.S. S.A.S. hoy en liquidaci\u00f3n desde el primero de septiembre de 2017 hasta el 30 de abril de 2019 por&nbsp;<strong>SESENTA Y DOS MIL SEISCIENTOS TREINTA Y CINCO MILLONES OCHENTA Y DOS MIL TRESCIENTOS QUINCE PESOS ($62.635.082.315)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ELIZABETH HERN\u00c1NDEZ CASTELLANOS,\u00a0<\/strong>como Gerente de Tesorer\u00eda desde el d\u00eda 6 de abril de 2017 en cuant\u00eda de\u00a0<strong>SESENTA Y DOS MIL SEISCIENTOS TREINTA Y CINCO MILLONES OCHENTA Y DOS MIL TRESCIENTOS QUINCE PESOS ($62.635.082.315).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A partir
