{"id":44895,"date":"2023-01-25T07:42:21","date_gmt":"2023-01-25T12:42:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=44895"},"modified":"2023-01-25T07:42:22","modified_gmt":"2023-01-25T12:42:22","slug":"fiscalia-resuelve-situacion-juridica-del-general-r-carlos-rodriguez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/fiscalia-resuelve-situacion-juridica-del-general-r-carlos-rodriguez\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal\u00eda resuelve situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica del General (R) Carlos Rodr\u00edguez"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n resolvi\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica del general en retiro Carlos Enrique Rodr\u00edguez Gonz\u00e1lez, investigado por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en hechos relacionados con el homicidio del excandidato presidencial Luis Carlos Gal\u00e1n Sarmiento, del concejal de Soacha (Cundinamarca) Julio Cesar Pe\u00f1aloza S\u00e1nchez y del escolta Santiago Cuervo Jim\u00e9nez; y las heridas causadas al se\u00f1or Pedro Nel Angulo Bonilla, el 18 de agosto de 1989, en Soacha (Cundinamarca).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una fiscal de la Direcci\u00f3n Especializada contra las Violaciones a los Derechos Humanos determin\u00f3 que el oficial en retiro deber\u00e1 cumplir medida no privativa de la libertad, que contempla atender todos los llamados judiciales, observar buena conducta, prohibici\u00f3n para salir del pa\u00eds y el pago de una cauci\u00f3n equivalente a 40 salarios m\u00ednimos mensuales legales vigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, el procesado seguir\u00e1 vinculado como posible c\u00f3mplice de los delitos de homicidio agravado con fines terroristas y tentativa de homicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el material de prueba obtenido, el general en retiro, quien para la \u00e9poca de los hechos era teniente de la DIJIN de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, se habr\u00eda concertado con algunos de sus superiores para intentar desviar la investigaci\u00f3n por el magnicidio. Es as\u00ed como el 22 de agosto de 1989, lider\u00f3 un operativo en el que fueron capturadas varias personas se\u00f1aladas de participar en el crimen, las cuales posteriormente fueron declaradas inocentes e indemnizadas por el Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proceso se sigue dentro de los par\u00e1metros de la Ley 600 de 2000 (anterior Sistema
