{"id":45270,"date":"2023-01-31T09:06:30","date_gmt":"2023-01-31T14:06:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=45270"},"modified":"2023-01-31T09:06:35","modified_gmt":"2023-01-31T14:06:35","slug":"corte-interamericana-de-derechos-humanos-condena-a-colombia-por-el-exterminio-de-la-up","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/corte-interamericana-de-derechos-humanos-condena-a-colombia-por-el-exterminio-de-la-up\/","title":{"rendered":"Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos condena a Colombia por el exterminio de la UP"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos conden\u00f3 al Estado colombiano por el exterminio de m\u00e1s de 6.000 integrantes y militantes de la Uni\u00f3n Patri\u00f3tica, un partido pol\u00edtico de izquierda que surgi\u00f3 de unas negociaciones de paz entre el Gobierno y la ya desaparecida guerrilla de las FARC, y que fue eliminado a punta de violencia en los a\u00f1os 80 y 90 del siglo XX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El juez Ricardo P\u00e9rez Manrique fue el encargado de compartir el fallo<\/strong>&nbsp;del tribunal internacional en el litigio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl Estado de Colombia es responsable por las violaciones de derechos humanos cometidas en perjuicio de m\u00e1s de 6.000 v\u00edctimas integrantes y militantes del partido pol\u00edtico Uni\u00f3n Patri\u00f3tica (\u201cUP\u201d) a partir de 1984 y por m\u00e1s de veinte a\u00f1os\u201d, indica la Corte IDH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Estado colombiano hab\u00eda aceptado parcialmente su responsabilidad en estos hechos, pero hab\u00eda una controversia por el \u201cuniverso de v\u00edctimas\u201d. Solamente hab\u00eda hecho reconocimiento internacional sobre hechos que afectaban a 219 v\u00edctimas, pero no acerca de las 6.000 que se han documentado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Corte IDH, el Estado viol\u00f3 los derechos a la vida, libertad, expresi\u00f3n, asociaci\u00f3n y honra, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, La Corte IDH orden\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>concluir con prontitud las investigaciones por los cr\u00edmenes cometidos por el Estado para establecer la verdad&nbsp;<\/strong>y determinar las responsabilidades penales con el fin de que no exista impunidad en los hechos relacionados al caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n pidi\u00f3 decretar un d\u00eda nacional, colocar placas en m\u00ednimo cinco lugares p\u00fablicos, construir un monumento&nbsp;<strong>que conmemore a las v\u00edctimas,&nbsp;<\/strong>reparar a 1.596 desplazados forzados con 15.000 d\u00f3lares,&nbsp;<strong>hacer un documental respecto a la violencia que sufrieron los militantes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indemnizar econ\u00f3micamente por da\u00f1os, brindar apoyo psicol\u00f3gico a v\u00edctimas de esta persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica y realizar una b\u00fasqueda rigurosa de desaparecidos, son algunas de las otras determinaciones ordenadas por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Corte
