{"id":45465,"date":"2023-02-03T17:32:56","date_gmt":"2023-02-03T22:32:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=45465"},"modified":"2023-02-03T17:32:57","modified_gmt":"2023-02-03T22:32:57","slug":"condenado-medico-por-irregularidades-en-procedimiento-quirurgico-en-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/condenado-medico-por-irregularidades-en-procedimiento-quirurgico-en-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Condenado m\u00e9dico por irregularidades en procedimiento quir\u00fargico en Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda obtuvo condena de car\u00e1cter condenatorio en contra de Adonis Tupac Ram\u00edrez, por el delito de homicidio culposo de una mujer de 43 a\u00f1os en Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 14 de noviembre de 2012, el hombre, m\u00e9dico de oficio, le practic\u00f3 una cirug\u00eda consistente en colecistectom\u00eda a la v\u00edctima, intervenci\u00f3n en la que hubo perforaci\u00f3n del duodeno, situaci\u00f3n que pas\u00f3 por inadvertida el cirujano. El procedimiento se llev\u00f3 a cabo en una cl\u00ednica de la capital huilense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan se estableci\u00f3, la perforaci\u00f3n gener\u00f3 un r\u00e1pido deterioro de la paciente quien a pesar de ser reintervenida falleci\u00f3 por peritonitis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de finalizado el juicio oral, este 2 de febrero se llev\u00f3 a cabo la audiencia de lectura de sentencia en contra del m\u00e9dico quien cumplir\u00e1 una pena de 32 meses y pagar\u00e1 una multa de 26.66 smlmv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez de conocimiento le concedi\u00f3 el subrogado de la suspensi\u00f3n de la ejecuci\u00f3n de la pena.
