{"id":45757,"date":"2023-02-08T14:07:54","date_gmt":"2023-02-08T19:07:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=45757"},"modified":"2023-02-08T14:07:55","modified_gmt":"2023-02-08T19:07:55","slug":"capturado-uno-de-los-presuntos-articuladores-del-asesinato-del-capitan-del-inpec-luis-millan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/capturado-uno-de-los-presuntos-articuladores-del-asesinato-del-capitan-del-inpec-luis-millan\/","title":{"rendered":"Capturado uno de los presuntos articuladores del asesinato del capit\u00e1n del Inpec, Luis Mill\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El trabajo investigativo adelantado por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de la Seccional Boyac\u00e1 permiti\u00f3 capturar y judicializar a quien ser\u00eda uno de los principales articuladores del ataque sicarial que acab\u00f3 con la vida del capit\u00e1n del INPEC, Luis Eduardo Mill\u00e1n Manrique, ocurrido el 18 de junio de 2019, en la vereda San Onofre (Boyac\u00e1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de Cristian Alexander Villegas Quiroz, alias Colorado, quien de acuerdo con el material de prueba recopilado por la Fiscal\u00eda, habr\u00eda sido el enlace principal entre integrantes de organizaciones criminales recluidos en el penal de m\u00e1xima seguridad de Combita y los sicarios contratados para acabar con la vida del funcionario que se desempe\u00f1aba como comandante de vigilancia de esa c\u00e1rcel, aparentemente, en retaliaci\u00f3n por las decisiones tomadas en materia de seguridad dentro del penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, las evidencias dan cuenta que el detenido estuvo en el lugar del asesinato del Capit\u00e1n, al parecer, para garantizar que los sicarios cumplieran con el objetivo criminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con abundante material de prueba, un fiscal adscrito a la Seccional Boyac\u00e1 le imput\u00f3 a alias Colorado, los delitos de homicidio agravado; y tr\u00e1fico, fabricaci\u00f3n, porte o tenencia de armas de fuego. Un juez de garant\u00edas accedi\u00f3 a la petici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda y priv\u00f3 de la libertad al procesado en un establecimiento carcelario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En curso de esta investigaci\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda ha judicializado a otras 11 personas, 10 de ellas ya fueron condenadas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El trabajo investigativo adelantado
