{"id":4618,"date":"2020-07-14T13:46:59","date_gmt":"2020-07-14T18:46:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=4618"},"modified":"2020-07-14T13:47:01","modified_gmt":"2020-07-14T18:47:01","slug":"elementos-no-biodegradables-prohibidos-en-las-entidades-municipales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/elementos-no-biodegradables-prohibidos-en-las-entidades-municipales\/","title":{"rendered":"Elementos no biodegradables, prohibidos en las entidades municipales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fue aprobado en el Concejo de Neiva un proyecto de ley en el que se prohibe el uso de pl\u00e1sticos no biodegradables o icopor en las entidades del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El autor del proyecto Germ\u00e1n Casagua, dijo que el objeto es que <strong>en un t\u00e9rmino de 12 meses, queden totalmente prohibidos los envases de uso pl\u00e1stico o icopor<\/strong>  inicialmente las medidas se aplicar\u00e1n en Las entidades municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A cambio se deben <strong>utilizar productos amigables para el medio ambiente y biodegradables.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ponente del proyecto Jes\u00fas Garz\u00f3n, dijo que, con la aprobaci\u00f3n de esta iniciativa, se est\u00e1 c<strong>ontribuyendo a la defensa del medio ambiente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La concejal defensora del medio ambiente Leyla Marleny Rinc\u00f3n, dijo que <strong>en 6 meses a m\u00e1s tardar se debe implementar el proyecto<\/strong> para que la Alcald\u00eda y entidades descentralizadas del orden municipal, no sigan permitiendo el uso de envases pl\u00e1sticos o icopor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para adoptar Las medidas mencionadas la administraci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 12 meses para implementar la iniciativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los establecimientos comerciales, conjuntos residenciales e instituciones educativas podr\u00e1n tener en cuenta la normatividad vigente del Ministerio de medio ambiente y tendr\u00e1n la obligaci\u00f3n de racionalizar el uso de envases y bolsas pl\u00e1sticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FOTO: Ilustraci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fue aprobado en el Concejo de Neiva un proyecto de ley en el que se prohibe el uso de pl\u00e1sticos no biodegradables o icopor en las entidades del municipio.
