pedag\u00f3gica vial llega a San Agust\u00edn"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Que las&nbsp;<strong>personas&nbsp;<\/strong>que conducen por el territorio opita&nbsp;<strong>cumplan con las normas de tr\u00e1nsito<\/strong>&nbsp;y eviten cualquier tipo de accidente es el objetivo de la&nbsp;<strong>campa\u00f1a&nbsp;<\/strong>que adelanta el Instituto de Transportes y Tr\u00e1nsito del Huila en alianza con la Polic\u00eda de Carreteras y los alcaldes de los municipios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstamos ense\u00f1ando que\u00a0<strong>se debe cumplir con las normas de tr\u00e1nsito<\/strong>, es muy importante y agradezco la vinculaci\u00f3n que tuvo el departamento con nuestro municipio\u201d, indic\u00f3 Luis Fernando Llanos, alcalde de San Agustin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ha sido todo un \u00e9xito la&nbsp;<strong>visita a Instituciones Educativas<\/strong>&nbsp;y el acompa\u00f1amiento en v\u00edas sorprendiendo a conductores con obsequios por su ejemplar comportamiento pero tambi\u00e9n han sido reprendidos aquellos que a\u00fan siguen haciendo caso omiso a la reglamentaci\u00f3n colombiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trabajar por la seguridad vial es uno de los objetivos del ITTH, por eso, escuchar a los transe\u00fantes y conductores es importante, \u201cme parece excelente para la gente en San Agustin, para la seguridad de nuestros abuelitos, de nuestros peatones y de toda la comunidad del municipio\u201d afirma Jes\u00fas Antonio G\u00f3mez, habitante Agustiniano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los j\u00f3venes son quienes m\u00e1s incumplen las normas de tr\u00e1nsito,<\/strong>&nbsp;de manera especial al conducir las motos sin casco y sin documentos tales como el SOAT o permiso de conducci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ellos mismos son quienes confirman que&nbsp;<strong>son los que m\u00e1s ponen en peligro sus propias vidas al participar de los conocidos \u201cpiques\u201d<\/strong>, arriesgando la vida de quienes pueden transitar por el lugar al igual que la propia haciendo piruetas en una sola llanta o elevando la velocidad casi al l\u00edmite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante son los mismos muchachos quienes reprenden a sus compa\u00f1eros y amigos procurando con ejemplo que estos eviten una tragedia de la cual se arrepientan el resto de sus vidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los estudiantes que llegan en moto a la Instituci\u00f3n donde reciben educaci\u00f3n agradecieron no solo la primera visita que adem\u00e1s fue de advertencia, sino tambi\u00e9n el hecho de reconocer a quienes si llegan con todo al d\u00eda. \u201cQuiero agradecer a la Gobernaci\u00f3n por el casco ya que siempre es importante tener todo para cuidarse\u201d, concluy\u00f3 Maicol Estiven Mejia, estudiante del grado once y conductor de motocicleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mejorar la movilidad y apoyar el cumplimiento normativo colombiano&nbsp;<\/strong>en este aspecto para brindar seguridad a todos los transe\u00fantes y motorizados del departamento es el prop\u00f3sito de esta campa\u00f1a que seguir\u00e1 recorriendo incansablemente el Huila para reconocer a quienes si cumplen y castigar con multas y detenci\u00f3n de los veh\u00edculos a quienes no, de esta manera el Huila sigue creciendo
