Van a ir recursos a los temas que nos comprometimos a fortalecer, comenzando por la compra de tierras y la Reforma Agraria\u201d, explic\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alfonso Prada indic\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n \u201cse atender\u00e1 la necesidad de extender la educaci\u00f3n con infraestructura de calidad en los territorios donde nunca ha llegado una infraestructura educativa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se busca \u201cdejar financiada la primera etapa de la transici\u00f3n del sistema nacional de salud que estamos proponi\u00e9ndole al Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica\u201d, lo cual implica la puesta en marcha de Centros de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria (CAP) en todos los municipios del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministro del Interior anunci\u00f3 que este viernes se expedir\u00e1 el decreto que incorpora el debate de este proyecto de adici\u00f3n presupuestal a las sesiones extraordinarias del Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ministro del Interior, Alfonso Prada, confirm\u00f3 este jueves en \u2018Colombia Hoy Radio\u2019 que este viernes 17 de febrero estar\u00e1 radicando, junto con el titular de la cartera de Hacienda, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Ocampo, el proyecto de ley de adici\u00f3n al Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n por cerca de 23 billones de pesos.
